Neil wa amazing I passed through a couple weeks ago and I had a mind over Macha was not that great asses through again and stopped by I told Neil and he apologized and gave me a free drink. I really appreciate it. Thanks Neil you are the best keep up the amazing customer service.

April 11th at 930 AM, the only woman working behind the counter at the time kept trying to invite me to her church in edmonton despite telling her multipule times that I'm not interested and I have my faith already figured out.
Its not the first time this has happened and if nothing is done, I suspect it wont be the last. If I wanted to find God, I would go looking.

This establishment is always closed before their posted hours ! Last night my son and I went to a grab a couple smoothies we got there at 5:50 pm (they close at 6 pm ) they refused us service saying they already had everything sanitized. Well if your open until 6pm , you shouldn't have anything sanitized until then ! As we were about to leave there were two more people pulling up and also got refused ! This company is losing alot of money and giving the entire chain a bad name .

In an avid booster juice purchaser but if you close at 850 instead of 9 (said on the phone by an employee due to sanitizing) then your hours should change to closes at 850.

When I arrived to the booster juice. The time was 8:54 and the store closed at 9pm. The employee in booster juice closed the lights as soon as I open the door. I love booster juice so much but I don’t like the way how she closed the lights and she told me that if I have to serve then I have to set up everything again. That’s a poor customer service I have ever experienced.

The lady that works here is unbearable. She doesn’t understand a word you’re saying and is extremely confused. We had to walk out midway through trying to order. Other than this one lady though, we never had any issues at all.

Do not recommend. The food and drinks are keeping with the standard at other locations but the staffing needs attention.I came in with the intention of ordering 3 panini, smoothies, and balls for my family. In the middle of my ordering, the employee on the register received a call on his cellphone. I was surprised, but management doesn't discourage having one on in many places these days. What was actually shocking was that he picked up the call and proceeded to have a conversation while I waited to finish ordering. I was so flustered, I ended up only having drinks in my order. Very blasé and unprofessional behavior.

They need a new worker, my wife usually get something here and I’m waiting for her. I ask for the booster shot each time they said tomorrow or they don’t have it. Get your workers trained up or hire someone else. Terrible service every time
