Normally don’t comment.. but the last few weeks we ordered takeout.. last week missing garlic toast( left it didn’t call in ) this time we ordered 3 meals again and messed up on one order giving us the wrong pasta. The other spaghetti order was so dry not enough sauce it was like it sat for hours. We called to let them know about the wrong pasta and last week we had a missing garlic toast etc. He apologized and we will check into it. Not offering to correct the one order that was wrong. Not wanting a free dish we just want our order correct. Wow quite surprised he didn’t offer to correct it.. this is awful customer service.

We were in town for a hockey tournament and I get there was a big group of us and we preordered the food and it still took forever and my nephew who is on the team it took forever to get his food. Orders were mixed up and some people waited for a long time for their order

Our visit to this BP's location was a little subpar as the service was extremely slow. The restaurant was very busy, but I suspect they were understaffed. It was quite the wait for drinks and our meals to arrive, and that was after waiting longer than expected to order them in the first place. Our meals were typical of BP's, so there's not much to say there.

Waitress was very rude, I genuinely have not experienced anything like it as a customer anywhere before
I didn’t like the service at all wish I can give zero. The drink straw is very low quality. I ask for a new straw, it still breaks. I ask for a drink refill. I didn’t received any. It’s not busy tho.

Never a big fan of any Boston Pizza. The customer service is always poor and I don't find their menu overly accommodating. This time when we tried going again, there were 3 people at the host table to greet us, but all they did was say "pick a seat". We had to grab their attention after being seated to ask for menus. When our waitress finally came, she asked how are you guys? But cut us off as we were answering like she was in some kind of hurry. I my drink order got messed up, twice. I didn't even get my second drink. Informed the manager and just got a cold "I'm sorry you didn't get your drink". Won't be going back.

We order bunch of food last night and pick up around 6:30-7pm BBQ ribs full rack they just spread the sauce and there's no smell and stain of burn of BBQ grill and the sauce is very little.mashed potato no gravy.cheese bread gummy.we are upset.

Brutal service. Staff wouldn’t even serve us a lemonade to go. We even had our own container. They didn’t put any cutlery or napkins in the bag and didn’t ask if we needed that. We won’t be back to this way overpriced restaurant.
