Ordered a pizza and it was absolutely disgusting. Usually not one to complain but it was so bad we told the waitress that the bbq pizza tasted like straight alcohol. She asked if we wanted it put away or not and we said no. She took the pizza asked if we wanted a manager and we said its fine no thanks. But they still charged us 32$ for a pizza we didnt eat and even she tried it in the kitchen and told the cook that we werent over exagerating. It is what it is but common sense if its not edible dont charge the customer for it.

our waitress was excellent she suggested options suitable for us. food was hot and tasty. place filled up fast
This food was definitely NOT worth the 85$. But the worst was they brought me water, it tasted like mould so I asked for Dr Pepper. It tasted like mould. They tried again to bring me both they ALSO both tasted like Mould. Our server went to the manager and nothing was done and I still paid for a Dr Pepper I never drank…so thank you Boston Pizza.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this desert establishment. The service provided by Jess was exceptional, and her attentiveness was greatly appreciated. We opted for a vegetarian pizza, omitting tomatoes, and it was exceptionally delicious. Additionally, we ordered a Smokey BBQ sauce base with toppings of red onion, BBQ chicken, and green peppers, which were also highly satisfying.
