I went in there for the first time and maybe a year God I didn't realize how much I realized the ambiance and the people there everything is so casual and not loud. So I decided instead of takeout I decided to dine in and I was pleasantly surprised I really enjoyed my meal.

Breakfast may be cheap, but there’s a reason; two orders of eggs had to be returned (asked for soft yolks, received lifeless hard ones - one order returned properly made, the 2nd order remained untouched.) Brown toast miraculously changed to white. Perhaps getting staff who actually understand the spoken English language would help - or, staff that paid attention to the customer’s request.
On the good side, the coffee was excellent - stronger and tastier than the watered-down version of Tim Hortons. So yes, definitely go for the coffee.
TIP: The inedible 2nd order of eggs didn’t go to waste, we left it on an empty table next to us - and it did a great job of keeping the free roaming flies away from our food. That, by itself was worth the $6.99 that we paid for it.
