Buster's Pizza & Donair

I tried topical Hawaiian pizza and it was too delicious. The staff is too friendly and helping. Now it is my everyday place for pizzas. The girl named Vidhi, who makes my order is friendly and a nice person. She makes my day. Hoping same for all time . Thanks vidhi??

I ordered beef donair. The meat was sliced thin and piled high, retaining a nice balance of spices that gives it a unique flavor profile. I also ordered pizza & it was too satisfying, comfort food staple. If I could give --5 stars I would. 0 stars is not low enough.

My husband and I went in because of a sale they were having, this was our first experience with Busters. No other customers were inside when we entered the building, there was three employees (one of which entered the store shortly after us having presumably just finished a break). The lady at the till took our orders, we each ordered a donair combo with fries and Pepsi. The women was hard to understand but it was fine, we paid and stood to the side to wait for our food.

The lady who took our order made our donairs then our fries. Then two people ordered pizza after us and she abandoned our order to make pizza with one of the other employees leaving our fries sitting, already cooked rather than putting them in a box and giving us our order. We then had to continue to stand there waiting as the third employee then took 5 customer orders while we stood there waiting. Watching our finished food grow cold. Only after taking all 5 customers orders did he finally attend to our fries. But he did not change his gloves, he used the same gloves he had for working the till for the 5 customers after us to handle our fries. And I repeatedly saw they other two employees walking around touching various things without changing their gloves. I also did not see the second male employee (the one who entered behind us) wash his hands before starting someone's pizza.

The third guy working the till who then used the same gloves on our fries did apologize for the delay saying they were busy, which they absolutely were not busy when they started our order. As I said we were the only ones in there and I could see the order screen. But whatever, we thought that was the worst of it done.

When we finally got to eat our food our donairs were cold and surprisingly small. Half the ingredients in mine were in the wrapping itself rather than in my donair and they weren't even wrapped as donairs are supposed to be so that made the mess even worse. The donair pita wrap was soggy or dry and crusty with no inbetween. The "meat" was also dry and crusty like it had been left to dry out on the counter for hours. The flavour was exceedingly mediocre at best. The fries surprisingly, were still a bit warm but very greasy and quickly turned into a starchy, weirdly chewy, soggy pile of "fries".

Thank goodness we didn't pay full price for that horrible service and food. I ended up throwing my meal away rather than risk food poisoning from their unsanitary practices and terrible food. I'd never been there before and I was interested in trying other menu items in the future but after that horrible experience you could not pay me to return. I am disgusted and disappointed.

Tldr: service was terrible, 25 minute wait for cold food that was bad and handled in an unsanitary manner.

The donair i got today was so dry, luke warm, and basic. Barely any sauce. I used to get busters donairs in the edmonton area. WAY WAY BETTER then this rushed and dry dogfood.

Ordered the chicken pizza and donairs w some friends. The service was excellent and the staff was very cooperative, helped us choose the best options. Place serves quality food that hits!
The atmosphere is friendly and the store is well maintained definitely recommended to try out.

Ordered the game day special for pick up and it was ready in 15 minutes. For a little over 50 bucks I got 2 med 2 topper pizzas and a garlic fingers with a 2L Pepsi. The staff was so friendly they even brought it out to the car when it was ready. Pizza was so good I will definitely order again. I think we found our new favourite pizza place!

One of the best places for Pizza ??

Under new management as of last week. I ordered the regular donair and I wasn't disappointed. Packed with so much meat that it wouldn't stay closed. This will definitely not be the last time I stop there.
