I order a chicken meal of 9 pieces for $36.74 plus they received a tip! March 17, 2024 (Opened it up to find only backs and wings in there (all the small pieces, and I only like the breast which I've ordered this same meal at least 50 times and it always came with a breast and legs) I called and advised them and the guy told me there is a new guy working and I couldn't understand what he said after that so I messaged them on their Facebook page and advised of this, (March 18, 2024) they asked me for proof of reciept and time of pickup (which I sent in) they said they would contact me back shortly and I never heard from them for 5 days so I messaged again with no reply back from them. I ordered tbis same meal again on April 7, 2024 and went in and picked up. I said to the guy working about what happened last time and I should receive a discount and he laughed and said it was a new guy working. I understand mistakes happen and this is the best chicken place around but this type of service from a very good customer is not acceptable and not once did anyone apologize for this all I got was that it was a new guy working!
