They forgot my burger and I had to drive back to get it.
I over heard a customer asking a Manager & staff are you not required to wear slip resistant shoes. She replied with he's new but no one here has on slip resistant shoes. What she didn't see is from this man and I could see from our angle was the little girl on the side who is washing the dishes was doing her best not fall while performing her job with Nike Air forces on. This guy was asking the right questions because this place is a safety hazard because of all the teenagers working there. And they are a reflection of management. Management down to the kids that works here speak to you with sarcasm. They are very unprofessional.

I couldn't get a refund because I was asked immediately you just realized that you didn't want it. What? That's absurd, I didn't want to make a big deal when I realized I had the bare minimum of ice cream. So I asked for a refund to keep down confusion and I immediately regretted it they passed my cup of ice cream around talking me in to keeping want I didn't want. This store is unbelievable. The people working here are unreal. What happened to the customer is always right. The customer is the worst I've experienced

Finesse & Maneuver
I thought I'd stop in for a blizzard and read a book while enjoying my ice cream. Decided to use WiFi for research for faster service since they're advertising it on their site. They told me they didn't have it and wanted to know who I worked for while the other employees were giggling. So it started to feel weird & personal. I didn't expect that to happen for just asking about Wi-Fi. Customer service is poor and they do not use GlOVES. Which is insane. Especially since I seen one of the employees in restroom texting on his phone immediately after using the toilet. When he did attempt to wash his hands only because I was standing because his posture clearly says I need to hurry up and get back to work. He rubbed & rinses hands just with water disgusting. It gets worse this also one of the employees in the back touching everything and making actual food orders. You can clearly see them while you wait on your order. This is a happy safe breeding place for bacteria & sickness
