The Chipotle Cheddar bowl is absolutely delicious! my friend recommended the promotion which ended today $4.99 fabulous price! even without the promo the prices are really good and not pricy to add extra toppings. Very pleased with the portions, definitely much better than the bowls at Quesada! will definitely be back to try other items :)
Understaffed for lunch time rush. Staff were working their hardest but with only two staff members on it didn’t take long for orders to back up. At least three people needed, especially with people returning to workplaces in this area of town.
This location continually messes up orders. They get it right once in a blue moon, but 9/10 times our order is completely wrong. I keep going back as it’s a healthy fast food option, which is rare in my area. Sad that they can’t get their products and service in order. Usually when I call with an issue they tell me to keep what I have and don’t offer what I actually ordered. It’s too bad as me and my family love the freshii brand in general.
