Chopped leaf is the best because it's the Mediterranean diet, proven by research as the best healthiest diet, brown rice not white is too, that's at chopped leaf. Chicken, nuts is protein and good for yo. Freshii is also good in a similar way. Half the plate should be fresh natural leafy greens, a quarter protein such as nuts, chicken, beef, a quarter carbs.“

“I was running around catching up on errands, and needed something quick, but healthy to eat. I tried the Ahi Tuna Poke Bowl, with a coconut water for a beverage. The Ahi Tuna bowl was just what I needed. It even had an egg for that protein consumption. Coming with a mouthful of flavor in each bite, I would recommend trying the Poke bowls, if you're trying to avoid all of the fast food crap out there.“
