The steak I got was good but I ordered a fully loaded baked potato, when it came there was only sour cream on it, I mentioned it to the waitress and she proceeded to tell me that that is what I ordered, my frends had cold beans with his order and asked the same waitress could they be warmed up, she told him they were warm... I think the older lady serving there needs to understand how to be a bit more pleasant and respectful to customers requests.. I don't think that this place cares too much about customers comments here on google, but I am doing this to try and improve the the dining experience for the future... Thanks

Steaks were unbelievably small, very overpriced and underseasoned. The spinach dip was swimming in oil and we couldn’t eat it. Service was great but we won’t be eating there again. Restaurant was very dark and dingy.

Amber served us lunch on our way through Lloyd. Caesers were exactly what we asked for.Wings were excellent, saucy and perfectly cooked.We had the rueban and Philly cheese and both were perfect! Saurkraut in the middle of the slices of meat so no soggy bread!Salad was fresh and crisp!I understand it was the kitchen manager cooking. Thank you for the meal!Food came in under 10 min.I'm a Chef of 34 years and I highly recommend coming here.Thanks guys!

Was our second time eating here, the food was great both times. Only ding against, is that I’m not a huge fan of the music and it’s a bit to loud to tune out.

Food came out and I took one look at it and was completely turned off, let the waitress know that I was not interested which they handled it very inappropriately. I told them I would pay for my fries but not the sandwich so they went to the kitchen and could hear them talking very loudly about it. Both waitresses gave me nothing but attitude, I kept myself composed while one waitress took my plate from me while I was eating my fries and told me if I wasn't going to eat it then I dont need to have it at all. Very immature and rude of them. I still paid for the other food and drinks we ordered but I was very upset about the whole situation, wasn't going to pay $17 for something I refused to put in my mouth... Overpriced and horrible customer service.
