Service was good, had a French onion soup as a starter, that was delicious. Ordered a beef dip with fries as my meal. The beef dip was so dry it tasted like I walked over to the retirement home and chewed on granny’s meat flaps. Will never eat there again

Hi me and my son went for supper and I must say it was the best meal I’ve had in a restaurant in a long time , everything we had was amazingly delicious, I had the ribs and shrimp , and my son had the chicken wings and fries , I’d rank it 10/10 and the service was excellent as well

The kitchen is very disorganized I can tell by how the manager must be running the place. We waited a very long time for our meals at noon today. The waitress bringing it never checked on our table until we were ready to pay. I can hear the kitchen manager slandering his staff from the lounge where people sit. Unprofessional, unpleasant environment. I think the kitchen manager needs a talking to. I would never let his behaviour fly at my business.

The kitchen manager Joelle, I believe his name is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to his staff and the customers. I have confronted him after asking one of the bartenders who the manager of the kitchen was after listening to him degrade an elderly woman working in the kitchen. My husband and I were disgusted watching him talk to his staff and couldn’t even focus on our food amymore. I think this restaurant is poorly ran by management. We waited over 55 minutes for our meal. He was rude and laughed in my face when I said something. I will never come back to this place again. I think he should be fired and they need better structure.

God awful, I skipped the order and their longbranch burger beef was dryer than the dessert, the beef dip meat was also dry the au jus was the oil drippings from the meat cooking 100%, fries tasted like they were made in bulk in the a.m. for the day. So disappointed.

Carylle was an awesome waitress. She was courteous,friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection. Highly recommend the potato soup. It was very tasty. Asparagus was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back.

Had family come from Grande Prairie and decided to try the steak house for the first time. Omg such an amazing dinner ( and I’m very picky ). Food was hot, fast to the table, great server and such a good bang for your buck. Will def being going back.
Server was very friendly. Food came out quite quickly and the food itself was great. My steak was perfect. The wife had the shepherd's pie and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well. Definitely would recommend some of these one stars are a little overboard. And possibly it over reaction by some.

I ordered a filet 6oz with baked potatoes and mushrooms as my two sides. Asked for potato fixings on the side. The potato tasted of smoke!! Not what I was expecting. The sour cream was forgotten until the end of the meal. The steak was definitely not AAA I asked for medium rare ( could be more on the rare side but was medium rare on the very middle but well done on the outside (don’t even know how that was achieved!!! Also smelled and tasted of smoke but not seasonings at all. There was some sort of fat rubbery skin around the steak which I pealed off (gross)!!! I asked for garlic toast and it was done on a dirty greasy grill. Couldn’t eat it. Only ate the potato and left the steak. Not even worth taking home. If I can’t accomplish eating a 6oz steak —- because it’s not much food and not delicious enough to even want me to continue to eat. I asked for tea and waitresses didn’t come back till it was cold. That’s when I got my sweetener. The whole thing was an experience I won’t soon forget. Will never stop or recommend ever!!! Worst I ever had. Or excuse me tastes and left behind. The meal cost me $46.70 and I left a $5 tip. Ended up costing me $51.70 for a meal I could not eat!!! If it were possible I would have given a -5 star!!!

Terrible service. Manager is super rude too. Do not go here unless you don’t mind terrible service and management. My husband is diabetic and the manager said he was making it up. Go give your money to a better local restaurant business

Just ate at long branch got there at 4pm didn’t get our food until 5:15 my friends steak came out wrong , my order came out wrong , and nobody came by and offer us refills or asked us if we needed anything they would make it right made us pay for the food my friend didn’t eat , the kids didn’t even get there dessert that came with the meal very disappointed never had a problem like this before it was our go to spot now probably never going back unless a manager sees this and can make it right .
