I went there in the morning for a quiet coffee and I really enjoyed myself. The customer service was excellent. The atmosphere was peaceful, quiet, even though there’s quite a few people there it was still a quiet place and a nice place to have coffee. Thank you for a nice break after shopping.
Dietary restrictions: I did not want a burger so I opted for the chicken wrap which was absolutely delicious. I asked for extra cheese and they gave it to me. No problem whatsoever.
Parking: There is plenty of parking out front more than enough parking out front because the McDonald’s is inside of Walmart
Kid-friendliness: They’re high chairs and there were lots of people with kids there. It is a very kid friendly place.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of seating for walkers or wheelchairs. Plenty of places to put a wheelchair or a walker beside a table

Every single time! I select table service and I need to go to the counter. Dumbest employees around. No excuse. Mostly I am sorry that I ever came here. Hire people that are can understand their duties. I am NOT asking a lot. I have a job and duties I need to do and understand.

Parking: So many mobile pick up parking spots and none for us as the handicapped parking was full at 3PM on a Friday. Food was quick and good! Customer service was respectful and efficient.
Kid-friendliness: Not baby friendly. A Mom was changing her baby on the bathroom floor bc the women's washroom has no baby change table.

This location is always a disappointment. The customer service is good however it does take way longer than your regular McDonald's. They are always out of something (for me it's caramel iced coffee) and their food is inconsistent. It's always overcrowded in there with everyone's carts in the way.I'd come here for the customer service but definitely not for the food. Again they are always out of something. You'd think in a high traffic area it would be better.Not to mention the skip the dishes guy that came in was taking pictures of staff without their knowledge- Disgusting.

Everytime I visit here there is a lady who has been so racist in her service. She has been making mistakes in my order and as soon as I tell them, there is a cold look on her face even while serving the orders, there is a clear difference between the way she serves order to other people. I have been living in Canada since two years, have met lots of people- white, non-white, indigenous, immigrants. Everybody is polite here trying to accommodate all internationals into the community but there is a complete different scenario here. I don’t why she has that hatred but when you are working in customer service, each customer should be equally treated. I mean we are not coming to eat free and we deserve the respect too..

Seems like a lack of care towards the establishment. We witnessed one of the employees sweep the floor then with the same broom that person swept the tables off. This shouldn't happen even in restaurants this never happens. Food was okay but our ranch mcchickens lacked any ranch and was substituted with mayo instead making it bland in taste
