We were greeted with a lovely, friendly face. Liz brought us to our table and readilyexplained the new features. She was patient with our parents who both are elderly and have walkers... She made great recommendations! The food was amazing, as we have come to expect...and fast! Thank you so much for a great time!!!!

Out of ribs, out of 12oz steaks, forgot lobster on one dish, forgot veggies and coleslaw on another and brought shrimp tacos instead of chicken. It was very hot in the dining room. Had to ask for cutlery after all the food was delivered. The waitress was terrific, despite being overwhelmed with an apparent staff shortage.

Visited Montana’s Lloydminster on October 31, 2025, and ordered the Pitmaster Combo. The food was terrible — everything tasted reheated, and the meat was dry and tough to eat. When I told the waitress, she just said she’d let the kitchen know but nothing was done. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of response. Definitely not the experience I expected from Montana’s.

The manager reached out afterward and invited me back for a complimentary meal on November 14. The food was much better on the return visit, and I appreciate them taking the time to make things right. Thank you to the manager and staff for the follow-up and improved experience.

We love Montana’s, we have never had a bad experience there yet. This is where we go for birthdays or anniversaries etc. Last night we just went on a whim. They were quite busy but got us seated in less than 10 minutes. The food we ordered was great. Our waitress was really good as well! It was an enjoyable night out!

The staff was awesome there was 17 of us who walked in with no reservations. The manager and hostesses arranged tables for us and had us seated in short order. No side comments or eye rolls from staff took everything in stride. The food was very good and all came out in a timely matter and everything tasted great kitchen brigade did a great job behind the scenes. Hat's off to the staff at Montanas Lloydminster. Thank You
