Went in the afternoon and ordered two large Chicken on the Rocks. I asked for hummus, which is usually included at Shawarma places worldwide, but here I was charged an extra $1.50 per order. I was fine with that.
What seemed very strange, though, was that they had completely raw chicken on the shawarma rack, yet our food was served within 3 minutes. Even if they took the raw meat and tried to cook it quickly on high heat, there’s no way the chicken could have been fully cooked.
We took the food and ate in our truck. Halfway through, we realized the chicken was extremely chewy and seemed undercooked. We stopped eating and left the rest.
Not even 15 minutes later, both of us experienced severe diarrhea. I’m never returning to this place again. A complete failure in maintaining proper food safety and health standards.
Also, this is not authentic shawarma. It’s the kind of greasy, sauce-loaded food you might enjoy only after being extremely drunk. It was drenched in multiple sauces, with no real flavor from the meat or spices—just sauce overwhelming everything.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences here. We were travelling from Saskatoon and arrived this place for some food just shortly before closing around 9:30, we were 4 adults and 1kid& 1 infant for dine-in, obviously it’s hard to have food in car. We requested them to allow us for dine-in, we were still eating and it was almost 10:00 one of the employe ask us to leave as they closed.I told her we r almost wrapping up in 5min, she still ask us to leave!! I asked her do you guys treat all your customers like this, ask them to leave if they are still in middle of eating?? She said we don’t get pay to stay extra, we need to print reports, etc etc., Customers should be treated with basic respect until then. Very disappointing, Definitely won’t be returning.

The shawarma poutine was good, but the beef shawarma on sticks was rubbery, unseasoned and inedible. Ended up throwing it out.

Lamb donair was pretty good and for a reasonable price. My only complaint is that it was a bit too greasy and was dripping oil through the bad by the end.
