Placed an order for pickup and such a bad experience was supposed to be ready at 0610pm the person picking up the pizza was a tad late and showed up at 0620pm still no pizza ready told them 20 more minutes then went into the restaurant at 0640 and still no pizza, we were then told would be another hour. Will not be coming to this location again! Would give zero stars if possible. Then called customer support and was hung up one once the second guy said he was contacting the location and put me on hold then never answered me. The third lady was contacting the location and also hung up on me.

I must say that today I was very disappointed with the level of service I received. We are a busy household and usually order pizza every week or 2. We generally have good service with reasonably tasty food. This time however, half my order was missed and when the driver said he'd be right back, it took over a half hour. By the time he got back the pizza was cold to go along with the cold wings be just brought. To top it off I couldn't even get anyone at the actual location to answer the phone to find out what was taking so long. It will be a long time before I suggest pizza from this location again.

Sat at the table for more than 20 minutes and no one came to take our order or give us a menu and when I went and asked for a menu they gave me an old dirty one and said that was their only one. And service and hospitality were just 0/10. Wouldn’t recommend.

My son decided to order pizza for our last night in town, I let my son pick everything. Stuffed crust, and his own toppings. We both cannot have tomatos, so we ordered with no sauce. $30 for a single medium pizza. Got home around 10pm and opened it, absolutely drenched in pizza sauce under the toppings. My son was on the brink of tears, as we rarely get pizza at home. Ruined what was supposed to be a fun pizza night with my son because they can't take the time to read instructions and order specifics. Literally says it twice on the invoice. NO TOMATO SAUCE. ADD NO SAUCE.

Today I ordered through DoorDash, I found a hair in my pizza, which completely ruined the experience. This was very disappointing and completely unacceptable. It ruined the meal, and I’m concerned about the cleanliness and food safety. Very disappointed — I will never order from this place again.

Food is the same as any other pizza hut but the customer service is awful. Don't bother dining in, you'll be eating out of a take out box anyway. I was accused of not paying by a woman SHOUTING across the dining space with others, BY MY NAME
Why bother HAVING the dining space? They don't serve at the table, they don't do refils, they don't have silverware, its barely a resteraunt anymore, only take out.
They got lazy during covid and never went back. Use skip the dishes or only order take out, then arrive 5 minutes late for pick up since they're behind anyway.

Worst costumer service ever. We ordered their mozza sticks and they were hollow in the middle. We called to have it fixed and after being transferred and explaining the problem too 3 different people in the same store finally just hang up out of frustration.
Ordered on uber eats took over 1 hour 30 mins just for them to cancel the order hope this place goes bankrupt

Beware, food could come raw. Pizza dough comes raw in the middle even tho I phoned to ask for well done. The cookie was raw too, barely even browned!!! Perhaps staff is throwing food out too quickly, and not checking for quality. This is the third time this has happened to me with them. Not even able to pick up a pizza slice without it pulling apart cuz its dough. This is the only review I have ever written. Lol. Im just choked cuz Pizza Hut used to be the best around!!!! And my fav as a kid. Now.... I will pass. Make sure you aren't eating dough.
