Someone called from the restaurant I was out of country so couldnāt pick that call I am changing my rating but still not happy since they closed way before closing time waster my 30 minutes A month ago I order 2 small pizzas online for dinnerā¦ I was at there shop before 9:45 it was closed even though their closing time is 10ā¦. I called them next morning they send you will get you refund which I never got on credit card I will be giving them 1 star from my other ids and family members accountā¦.So unprofessional

I ordered 2 pizzas and the food didn't do a wow factor and I thought the crust was OK. Toppings wasn't that wow factor. But when I airfried the left over pizza and the crust was crispier it was way better pizza

Extremely Disappointed
Ordered the Paneer Tikka Pizza from Red Swan and honestly, it was a complete letdown. The paneer was completely burntānot just slightly overcooked, but charred and dry to the point of being inedible. It ruined the whole pizza. The taste was bitter, the texture was tough, and there was nothing ātikkaā about it. I expect better quality, especially for the price. This felt rushed and careless. Definitely not ordering this again. š

Have been a few times now. Has gotten worse the longer itās been open. The staff in my experience is quite difficult to communicate with and is not welcoming in the slightest, becomes frustrating when they get your order wrong since itās obviously the language barrier that caused the error. Went to pick up last night to see the open sign off and the staff sitting in the lobby on their phones. The tables were dirty and my pizza was soggy. Probably wonāt return.

Decided to give Red Swan pizza a go as I saw good reviews. They have a walk in deal for a large two topping pizza for 13.95$. So my boyfriend went to order and the girl said they were out of large pizza doughā¦so he ordered two mediums at what I feel should have been charged at 13.95$ because it was not our fault that they didnāt have large dough left. Slap two together and weigh it out to make a large if your out of large dough balls. Needless to say the pizzas were ordered with extra pizza sauce and well done. The pizzas were soggy and greasy when we picked them up. The girl argued with us about our unsatisfactory pizza and beyond. The pizza was flavourless. No extra sauce as ordered, (which they charge extra for, never been charged extra for sauce) even the pepperoni was tasteless. Skimped out on the mushrooms. They were shrivelled little bits of what I would say to be old dried out mushrooms. The crust was thin and almost stale tasting. We wonāt be back for another pizzaā¦. Much better options around.

I have been trying new pizza places in White Rock and South Surrey, came across Red Swan. This restaurant had decent reviews so I gave it a try. Was SO disappointed šŖ there were barely any topping at all, mediocre flavour, crust seemed dry. The garlic cheese bread was super dry. Honestly would never recommend this place! Pic is pep and mushroom sliceā¦almost one whole mushroom in total š¤£

Great experience dealing with Sirat. She made extra effort to have my order delivered. Usually employees donāt care much but she put herself in my shoes that day. Wish there were more people who take their jobs seriously.

Ordered a dozen extra large pizzas to be delivered to a party at Club 240 Legion Nov 1st. They arrived promptly at 9PM as ordered and were fantastic! Pizzas were devoured in no time and received rave reviews from guests. The sesame seed crust was surprisingly good! Volume discount was very fair and prices were more than competitive. Manager was friendly and easy to deal with. Definitely recommended.

Just dropped by to order something to eat. Wasnāt looking for the non-veg option that day and was supposed to be suitable for a lactose intolerant person too. The guy at the front desk(Pinkle) suggested a vegetarian option. It was way too yummy. Thanks a lot. Would love to visit and try again.
