Today incident took place around 5:40 pm.... I went to take my order, Indian boy age will be around 23 or 24 placing pizza in d box without gloves, I told him customer trust you don't break their trust but he didn't wear n told me to mind my business. I told all boxes towards my car, suddenly he came from behind shouting on me that i can't give u order without bag, he was doing to revenge because I told him to wear gloves but I showed d bag in d car.. while returning he started misbehaving n used abusive words. Whole incident outside d restaurant recorded under my Webcam. Very disappointed n unprofessional manners .

🤢The crumb is weak and airy, with no fermentation depth, no chew, and no gluten strength. The dough is so underdeveloped that a slice can’t support itself — pick it up and the base tears, sending the toppings sliding off in one sad sheet after another. No flavor, no structure, no soul — just horrible bread pretending to be pizza. 🤮

Someone called from the restaurant I was out of country so couldn’t pick that call I am changing my rating but still not happy since they closed way before closing time waster my 30 minutes A month ago I order 2 small pizzas online for dinner… I was at there shop before 9:45 it was closed even though their closing time is 10…. I called them next morning they send you will get you refund which I never got on credit card I will be giving them 1 star from my other ids and family members account….So unprofessional

I ordered 2 pizzas and the food didn't do a wow factor and I thought the crust was OK. Toppings wasn't that wow factor. But when I airfried the left over pizza and the crust was crispier it was way better pizza

Extremely Disappointed
Ordered the Paneer Tikka Pizza from Red Swan and honestly, it was a complete letdown. The paneer was completely burnt—not just slightly overcooked, but charred and dry to the point of being inedible. It ruined the whole pizza. The taste was bitter, the texture was tough, and there was nothing “tikka” about it. I expect better quality, especially for the price. This felt rushed and careless. Definitely not ordering this again. 👎

Have been a few times now. Has gotten worse the longer it’s been open. The staff in my experience is quite difficult to communicate with and is not welcoming in the slightest, becomes frustrating when they get your order wrong since it’s obviously the language barrier that caused the error. Went to pick up last night to see the open sign off and the staff sitting in the lobby on their phones. The tables were dirty and my pizza was soggy. Probably won’t return.
