Horrible experience sat down for not even five minutes and paying customer and the lady working here today at safe asked me to leave because they close Starbucks in half hour so technically shouldn’t I be able sit a little long and she was very rude horrible experience I didn’t get her name but I’m going to see if she atleast wears a name tag I’d like to put in a formal complaint about her and the so rudely asked

They had no coffee, I wanted a caffeine drink for my work afternoon, so my $3 coffee turned into a $7 drink. They manger just blew me off. I'll drive a little further to avoid the lack of customer service.

Made a phone call infront of staff (at the register) at 6:59. Asking if my lady would want a drink, she did. I loaded my card and they turned off the lighting and said we are closed. I said, well would have been nice of you to tell me, i just loaded my card. They then laughed and smiled saying "sorry 'bout that" complete joke.

you cannot order birthday drinks from this location and I was very upset to know that when I got there as I’d come to the mall for it & can’t go to the other. (even though Starbucks says every store?)

Got the wrong drink no big deal just wanted my correct order and the barista said i had to pay for a whole new drink because of a mistake that was made on their end. nothing was done to rectify this mistake was told it was my fault, will not be back.
