Iced coffee tasted good, but it was all ice. Barely got 5 sips from it.

Delores always brightens my day whenever I visit this Tim Hortons! Even when I’m feeling down, her positivity brightens my mood. I love going through the drive-thru at this location because of her. She’s a hidden gem, and you’re very lucky to have her! <3

4 staff in the empty drive thru, none willing to serve front counter. Left after 5 minutes of waiting, while they giggled and munched on food.

Rude employee, poor coffee quality, and unprofessional service at Tim Hortons drive-through on August 18th at midnight. Disappointed with the experience. I hope management addresses the issue.

The guy is working about 12 after midnight is very rude even when we asked something he never responded to me, when I said thank you he didn’t respond. He also shuts the windows to us.

i’ve gotten an incorrect order 4 times now!! the workers here won’t listen to what we want or need. i went in for a refund for food i didn’t order and they tried to take the food without giving me back my money! they should repeat orders to customers so they stop messing up!! they’re always disrespectful and trying to rudely rush customers

Who ever the lady was working at the drive throw this morning needs to work on her customer service skills! I ordered two smoothies and then when I went up to the window and she told me that the smoothie thing was down, I asked kids to pick something else and she said why don’t you go back in line to pick something else and I said no I’m hurry and she said well you need hurry to so you need make up your mind we are behind! That’s not my fault to get your job right is making sure everyone is happy and offer different stuff that you offer there not making the customer feel not welcome!!!
Why there is only Punjabis working now? Stop giving favouritism while hiring people.
