The attitude of the lady sandwich maker this morning, named Kamal, was so rude. I ordered two sausage farmer wraps. I told her to cut mine in half it was a mobile order for a sausage wrap. Then what she cut was a sausage wrap with habanero. So she was blaming me for her mistake of cutting the sausage wrap with habanero. She was saying that I didn’t specify my order. What else should I have specified to her when my order was just a sausage wrap? she was very aggressive, shouting at me and pointing her finger. I told her she doesn’t argue with her customer like that because she is working in customer service. What makes me so upset is that instead of being apologetic,she displayed her unprofessional and unmannerly behaviour. This is not a good way to start my morning. she totally ruined my day on my daughter's birthday!

Bad drive thru service!! Got our order wrong and try to change my Order again without my consent or asking me if that is what I wanted ! Told me eggs were going to take 5 minute wait the order taker put the scrambled box on my order when it all ready inside a box that been sitting under a heat lamp . When I asked for a scrambled wrap. Not scramble in box . Finally got to the pick up point and gave us still wrong Order . My son didn’t get what he asked for either !!
