At 9:30 today, I was served by this Filipino lady and when I showed her that I had a points reward, she got really annoyed that she had to cancel the transaction to scan my card. Next time, maybe greet your customers without getting annoyed and offer a better atmosphere.

I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons. However, this is the third time I’ve received cold coffee when ordering an espresso single shot and a plain croissant through the drive-thru.
It’s frustrating to repeat this issue again and again. The server should ensure the order is prepared and served properly.

Mostly nice service, but sometimes you can feel that employees are not in a good mood. But overall, it’s a good experience mostly. Nice and spacious to sit and enjoy your coffee and meal.
