Terribly run.The system they use to try and get their times down is ridiculous. They do not utilize both drive thru lines properly and sometimes make you wait 5-10 minutes. Then they make you wait in between ordering each item so they can make it. They are often rude, drinks are never full, all around not a well run location.
I had a problem with one of the workers taking my order. She was confusing, argumentative, unco-operative. When i finally got my order, stuff we ordered was missing. The manager named Tharindu came along and was INCREDIBLE to solve my order. He was polite, listened to my frustration without any attitude. He obtained the correct order free of charge. First the wall aid in the bathroom is lose almost hurt myself getting up because it pulled out from the wall. I'm post 5 weeks total hip replacement. And second the decaf coffee was horrible, like warm brown water. Not sure if it's worth stopping at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Wouldn't use the bathroom it's not safe.
