Ordered burgers and a lemonade at this establishment a few weeks ago. The burgers were typical, but the lemonade was out of syrup or was mixed wrong. Requested a new one, and it was the same thing. When asked if I could just have a normal soda instead due to this problem the bigger larger cashier with a nasally voice told me I had to pay for it(when the soda is over a dollar cheaper) and he would not fix the lemonade and that he deemed it perfectly fine. You lost a customer over 5 cents of soda. This was all on one of the worst days I've had in a long time, and I wasn't going to argue. I should have dumped the lemonade on the floor instead of down the drain. I will never, ever visit this location ever again, and you shouldn't either.

What is the point of drive through if you park your customer even when there are zero vehicles in line? Just so that the clock that you have inside doesn't prove that you have zero customer service. Maybe you should start working on your customer service rather than trying to appear on your computer that you are doing good. Disgraceful. Asked for condiments in the bag before being parked. Nope, employees cannot be bothered to do their job. Do better

Bought two spicy chicken chipotle wrap, on the display it was $5.39 for 2 and cashier charged me $6.78+tax. False marketing & worst staff.

1053 A&W locations in Canada and this is so far the only one that refuses to scramble an egg to put on my sandwich as I have a physical adversity to egg whites separated from the yolk. Empty restaurant, first thing in the morning. I've traveled coast to coast and haven't had this problem until now. "Wow" is all I have.

I was there around 11 pm. Ordered a teen combo and a grampa burger. Staff was very friendly, I got my food in 5 minutes. Jumped back in the truck and left. Turns out the rings were extremely salty, they went out the window. The burgers were dried out and hard, tried to give the grampa burger to my dog, he sniffed it and turned his head. You know a burger is bad when a doggo with a bottomless pit for a stomach won't touch it. Getting sick and tired of being ripped off.

Horrible service waited almost an hour for my breakfast
I’m a trucker. By the end of my 30 minute break, I had waited 5 minutes just to place my order (the only counter person was busking food in and out of the restaurant) and another 20 listening to a lady bark out everything that was clearly visible on a screen. Didn’t really want to spend my time listening to her text-to-speech aspirations. Seems to me the orders from the drive through may be in a different timeline than customers standing inside. I noticed many other people with a similar timeline to mine.If there wasn’t parking for a Super B outside, I would prefer to not come back. Maybe next time I’ll try my luck fitting my Kenworth through the drive through so I can increase my chances of getting something to eat in a reasonably timely fashion.Sorry for the extended length review. This A&W gave me ample time to write a nice, verbose articulation of my thoughts.Parking: Truck stop parking.
