You guy use to be my go-to place to eat. But the food quality and service and become horrible. Gravy isn't made properly for the poutine. Using old patties when I asked for a fresh one made. And not sure when this changed you guys use to bring the treys with the food right to us. Now I have the young guy at the till looking at me from 10 feet away instead of bringing it over. Just sets it on the counter for me to come grab. As, well the couple that sat in the booth next to me. So, question for me is why such decline?

We picked up two Teen Burger Combos, and changed plain fries for sweet potato fries. We live four minutes away, and the burgers needed to be heated up, and the fries were cold and limp. Not the first time we’ve gotten cold food from this place. Very disappointing!

We are still waiting for our fish sandwich. We were in drivethru and of course they parked us to save their drivethru times… I went in, washed my hands, came back out and still no food. Now as I’m waiting, I see the scan to leave a review. As I’m typing this… still no food. This particular A&W in Medicine Hat has a terrible reputation for service. We typically avoid this restaurant… terrible and I can see why. Still no food.

I really like the effort to make this restaurant equitable and family friendly. Why not take your tray to a communal place rather than leave it on a table? Great initiative!

Eggs were cold and the music was too loud with too much bass. Had a headache by the time I left. It's a restaurant not a club. To top it all off all the tables were dirty, cashier was rude and there's no service like at the other locations in Medicine Hat. Won't be back

This a&w is the most expensive one in the city. Ontop of that, you will never get hot fresh food, only old and cold served here, and by people with an attitude problem. Came through the drivethru today and the girl working just slammed the window shut as soon as the bag was handed out. No friendliness here whatsoever. You’re better off going to Dunmore Road, or NE Cresent Heights. Atleast someone will be content serving you, and the price will be cheaper. Damn
Best looking A&W I’ve ever seen! Staff are really great! Super happy! You have to try the frozen root beer with sweet cream! Omg my new favourite!!

Just experienced the most unsanitary thing in my years of dining out, Thur. Nov. 27 about 5:45 pm. The supervisor took our order while training a young man. The supervisor instructed the young man to take our order in a bag out to a table which was not ours. The people at the table took the food out of the bag and handled the burgers (one in a lettuce wrap ) before they realized it was not thier order. Those customers returned the order to the supervisor at the counter. The supervisor then placed the contents on a tray and put the fries into the wire baskets not knowing if the people ate some or not. My wife witnessed it all and confronted the supervisor who totally denied it. My wife asked the people at the table if they handled the food and they confirmed that they did. They were as disgusted as we were. I will never ever be returning to this A & W again. If the owner of this A&W would like to contact me please feel free.

Very greasy hash browns. Soaked an entire napkin with grease. It tasted like old oil was used to cook it. Bacon is paper thin and dripping with grease.
