I was disappointed today as I ordered 1 lettuce wrap mamma burger and 1 papa burger with extra onion and spice The papa burger was good except I am sure if there was extra spice after all that is what makes a great Papa burger not just the double pattysMy disappointment was my wife’s lettuce wrap Mama burger it for was not the lettuce wrap burger that A&W is known for the Mama burger was basically a Mama burger without the bun yes it had a small peace of lettuce on each side of the burger the lettuce covered half the burger pattyThis Lettuce wrap burger reminds me of the McDonald’s lettuce wrap we’re they also just give you the burger without the bun and call it lettuce wrapPlease note 2 weeks ago we had the same order at this restaurantand my Wife was very pleased with her lettuce wrap as they used 2 full leafs on each side of the pattyI assume it is mainly due to the cook not knowing what a A&W lettuce wrap burger is as my wife for the last 2 years always says A&W lettuce wrap is the best burger everVegetarian options: Lettuce Wrap means wrap the patty with lettuce not just two small pieces of lettuce that covers half the pattyThis makes for a very sloppy burger experience

Good Food, kind of Pricey, but atleast you get a good quantity, and less Packaging! My only issue is that seems to be Accross the Board with A&W's is having to Reassemble the Burgers ? Strewn about all tumbled of the Sleeves at yhe bottom of the Bag!! This is a Consistency across the 3 western Province's of Canada ??!!Go back to the Thin sheet of Paper Wrapped around the Burgers ?Is better than the open tiny Useless Sleeves!?Vegetarian options: Beyond Burger is Good!!

This location is non-existent. There is nothing but open field and cows grazing next to Costco. There is no A&W as is shown on Google maps.
Staff was friendly, food was hot and delicious, and the place was cleaned up nicely. Saw lots of customers with a smile on their face while eating A&W's food

Went on drive thru firstly I Can’t even hear the lady on the speaker as she speak very slowly. I am regular customer in the evening and mostly people who work their knows my order. I was repeating my order twice So that she will get my order properly and she rudely said on the speaker that “I GOT IT” then at the window she again come to ask what I want in the burger. Clearly she punched burger with no pickle and no mustard then she again added mustard sauce. Went back to show her and I was politely showing her my burger and instead of accepting her mistake she was literally started yelling and She was shouting that you said you want one burger as regular but regular burger also comes with mayo and pickle then why she did not put that then she have no answer for that because she was busy talking over the phone and didn’t hear my order properly and instead she said that why you come to this location why you don’t go somewhere else. I guess It’s not her store and who the hell she is to told me where I can order my food as I have been going regularly to this location from years and nobody behaved like this to me before. I was still talking and she slammed the window rudely. She is the one who is wearing airpod at work and busy in talking and I guess she was frustrated from me because I disturbed her while using phone. It’s not a matter of money or burger but it’s matter of respect. I am paying in order to get my food not to get insulted. I would not recommend anybody to go in the night. When I go in the evening Khush and Other evening staff go always above and beyond to serve me.
