Go to this location a lot and lately it's declining. Went this week and the rice was HARD/stale it was like eating rocks. Rice is the base and important not to be old- should be soft and fluffy. This was disappointing as I got the food to go and discovered when got food home to eat for dinner.
Staff are good and friendly.

We were here Dec 29 and I ended up getting food poisoning a few hours after we ate… in hindsight the lettuce looked questionable and I feel the food was off and wasn’t fresh/was reheated in a microwave… I spent a few hours in the bathroom which was less than ideal. Won’t be going back

Beyond upset with this location, took nearly an hour to get our food which i don’t mind the wait but I ordered my son a Mild Chicken Bowl and i made sure to put no sauce because he has a severe dairy allergy, I get my food and his bowl is DRENCHED in sour cream, not a little drizzle, the entire top of the bowl is covered. I tried to call to see what happen and get it sorted out, someone answered and wouldn’t say anything so i thought maybe a bad connection. hung up to call again and it says their number is no longer taking calls right now, i’ve been calling for the last hour and the phone still isn’t working. Beyond unhappy.
