The waitresses are sooooo kind. The food is sooooooo good. They bend the rules to accommodate everyone....even the most annoying customers. Personally I think the girls need a raise, both in the kitchen, the bar, the vlt lounge....so much better than the Beefeater for atmosphere.

Very impressed with lounge, service was top notch. Sara was our waitress and we were very happy with service. She had a great smile and was very prompt and friendly. She took our order and brought our appetizers out very fast. Then wasn’t too long the main course. Started with deep fried pickles and cauliflower bites. Four of us shared. So good. Then I had the harps ultimate burger . Home made half pound seasoned chuck beef burger topped with a fried egg, apple wood bacon,cheddar,lettuce,tomato slice bigger than the pattie, it was huge. Crunchy onions tanglers, bayside sauce and a fried pickle on top of the bun. Came with fries or Caesar salad. That burger was huge and filled me up. Also we had ordered the veal cutlets. 4 pieces of veal with mushrooms and gravy. Huge portions. Veal was cooked to perfection. The soup was cauliflower the girls ordered 2 one each. Soup of the day and the bowl was huge. Place was very clean and bathroom was super clean and bright white clean tiles. We were all very happy with our meal choices and how tasty and cooked perfectly. Again thanks Sara u were great and Bayside is very lucky to have u as there waitress. Definitely worth more than the five stars. We will be back and they also offer all day breakfast!

I like to go for the VLT's bt any time I've ordered food, it's good. I love the main waitress they have during the daytime. She is always amazing and makes you feel valued. She remembers faces and makes you feel like you've known her for years!

Terrible Customer Service ! I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Bayside VLT lounge, largely due to the behaviour of the manager, Evelyn. Not only was the service unprofessional, but she also made abusive and racial comments that left me feeling deeply uncomfortable and disrespected. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. I hope that this issue is addressed promptly so others don’t have to face the same treatment.

I’ve never encountered such awful customer service in my life. Evelyn, the so-called “manager,” has zero understanding of how to treat customers. She’s rude, unprofessional, and even uses bad language toward guests. It’s shocking that the owners seem least bothered about this, even though the rest of the staff are hardworking and friendly. A place like this should value customer service, but with someone like Evelyn running things, it’s a disaster. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated with disrespect!

Upon arrival, my companion and I observed a table of four guests and two additional tables of two individuals. This was approximately 5pm. We seated ourselves for a brief period while the bartender/waitress attended to patrons at the other tables.
We proceeded to procure menus from the bar and were impressed by the extensive selection offered. Following a thorough review, we made our meal choices.
At this juncture, the bartender/waitress approached our table. Unfortunately, her demeanor was not particularly friendly or attentive. By the time our meals arrived, the establishment had cleared out somewhat, with only one table of two and a single individual engaging in slot machine play.
Notably, the bartender/waitress was the sole staff member on duty, aside from kitchen personnel. The broccoli cheese stuffed chicken with creamy marinara sauce was exceptional. Conversely, the traditional pierogies were somewhat greasy.
The side order of cheese garlic toast was satisfactory, albeit slightly burnt. While I am inclined to award five stars, the bartender/waitress's attentiveness and friendliness were somewhat lacking.

Place was fantastic, took my mother out just the 2 of us and the food was delicious!! The waitress was so amazing and happy and just did her best to make sure we had the best time possible. She did such an amazing job and the cook as well, the food was super delicious. I can't wait to come back for another visit. Recommend to anyone.

Stopped in last night for some food and drinks and our server was upset that we didn’t call before to let her know we were coming in. After we ordered our drinks and food putting up with a seriously rude demeanour, she came back a few minutes later without the food to tell us we were being mean and that we needed to pay. We then got our food and she proceed to complain about us to everyone in the lounge including other customers. If you don’t want to make money as a server that’s one way to do it!

Treated like a VIP!!! Evelyn, the manager, makes sure each patron is treated really well.
The VLT machines were excellent, offering a diverse selection of games. The lounge had a welcoming atmosphere, with comfortable seating and chic decor. The food and drink were also impressive, featuring tasty appetizers and refreshing beverages, perfect for enjoying while playing on the VLT machines.
