The waitresses are sooooo kind. The food is sooooooo good. They bend the rules to accommodate everyone....even the most annoying customers. Personally I think the girls need a raise, both in the kitchen, the bar, the vlt lounge....so much better than the Beefeater for atmosphere.
Very impressed with lounge, service was top notch. Sara was our waitress and we were very happy with service. She had a great smile and was very prompt and friendly. She took our order and brought our appetizers out very fast. Then wasn’t too long the main course. Started with deep fried pickles and cauliflower bites. Four of us shared. So good. Then I had the harps ultimate burger . Home made half pound seasoned chuck beef burger topped with a fried egg, apple wood bacon,cheddar,lettuce,tomato...
I like to go for the VLT's bt any time I've ordered food, it's good. I love the main waitress they have during the daytime. She is always amazing and makes you feel valued. She remembers faces and makes you feel like you've known her for years!
