I’m upset lately we’ve been going there and noticed reservation in the lounge at certain booth I’ve never seen tables being reserved in a lounge that’s why there’s a resteraunt to reserve . I went there tonight not to watch the game but to go for our weekly pizza and ceaser salad . All tables were reserved and mostly empty . We are regular customers ones or twice a week . But after seeing this I’m not going to support this place no more lounge you go to a lounge early to get a seat so we’re done no more

I'm really glad we stopped in to this location for lunch, and am a big fan of the new layout!! The open concept both in the restaurant and bar is great! Lots of light and I like the soft seating in the bar in front of the large TV - perfect for watching the game! The service was great, and the food delicious.

Full disclosure, we never dine in. All of our experiences are take out, and every time we order take out, something is missing from our order. No exaggeration. Every. Single. Time. This last time it was the chicken from my wife's pasta and the cookie and drink from my son's kids meal. The time before that was salad dressing and my cactus chips. It's every time. It's crazy. If you order take out, check your order. To their credit, when I realized part of my order was missing, I called in and the manager offered to deliver the missing item. But I don't want part of my food an hour after. I would appreciate it being right the first time. This restaurant needs to dedicate someone (who cares, even a little) to double check and ensure these orders are correct. Chances are my BPs take out days are over, but I'll say it again: if you order take out from this BPs, double check your order.
The food was delicious, and I would highly recommend getting it to go. Our server took 30 minutes to revisit the table while we were all done eating and standing at the table waiting for our bills. Figured a table spending upwards of 500$ would register as a priority for most servers. Unfortunately, it seemed we arrived before the shift change and we were no longer a priority.

Lunch yesterday my wife and I. Ordered chicken club and fettuccine. It was delicious.
Server was very good with a bit of humour. Atmosphere was relaxing. Manager brought out the dishes , friendly courteous, left then came back moments later to say here is more fries that just came out of the fryer.
I recommend them highly. It’s one of our go-to restaurants to get consistent service and quality.

ABSOLUTELY NOT. I came here with my family from overseas to eat here and we were waiting over an HOUR for our food to come just to find it out was only put through 20 minutes ago. When we received it, it was cold!! There was also an issue with the beef that was used on the nachos and salad. Me and my cousin left with immense pain and nausea. My poor cousin has an allergy to gluten and we made sure to order GLUTEN FREE. which it seemed like that wasn't what we got. Also there was children screaming none stop! NEVER AGAIN!
