If i could put no stars i would. It was the worst experience we had my husband and I went there for date night on January 24th 2026 I asked for water received a molson canadian beer asked 2 more times before I received water. Our food came we had no silverware then to top it all off we both got food poisoning never again will I go here.

Love going here for a quick bite any day of the week or go on a girls lunch out! Always love the food, the atmosphere and the staff at this location are top notch! We go there for their Pasta Tuesdays quite often and everything I have tried I have loved! Great place to just chill out in the bar with friends and have a great time!

We came in with a group of about 40 people for a U9 kids’ hockey team, and the staff did an outstanding job. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and the food was great as always.
I really liked this BP location—it’s updated, modern, and has TVs everywhere, which made it perfect for a large group. The staff was incredibly accommodating, from the younger team members to the experienced managers. They were well prepared for a big hockey team coming in and handled everything smoothly.
The atmosphere in the lounge area was excellent—lively, welcoming, and perfect for a team gathering. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the experience.
This is a great spot, and I’d definitely come back again when visiting. Highly recommend

Our hockey team tried to get catering from this location and when I asked about buffet style they stoped emailing back. They down right refused to accommodate us. I told them we would be there on the Friday. We needed food for the Saturday. By Wednesday before the tournament they just decided to stop communicating with me. Barely giving me time to find a replacement for team dinner. I would have rather they said no off the hop and not ignored my emails. They had no problem allowing us to scramble to find a replacement. I found them to be unprofessional in their responses via email. It would have been hundreds of dollars in orders. They weren’t willing to work with us or tell us flat out they couldn’t accommodate our hockey team.

They were so accommodating last minute, able to take our hockey team.
Usual fast service, appreciated the kids menus for some of the guys younger siblings.
Only restaurant from our hotel directory that was open that late, kudos for the parents who needed that bar as well ;)
Baked wings are the bomb here, somewhat healthier than fried but what the hat, the calories would be burned off anyways.

Went there Wednesday night; it wasn't busy. It took a while to be seated, and service was slow and not very good.
Someone in our group ordered one of the new Christmas drinks, which ended up being disgusting. The server said we could exchange it, no problem, but then they charged us for it anyway, even though it was sent back after only one sip.
The drink didn't look anything like it was advertised on the menu and was gross.
Very unprofessional; we will not be coming back.

Karly (I hope I spelt it right) was amazing tonight by going above and on by making sure our gift card worked and even found the balance for it. Even when she ran into glitches with the machine she always had a smile on her face and found answers. We were really impressed with her attitude and work ethic. We had 2 small kids with us and she even brought us a rag and helped clean up after my son spilled his ketchup.
