Ordered delivery and order came but there was a mix-up in the food. Delivery person had already left. Called back and they corrected the order and sent it out right away. Hardly had to wait any time at all. Very happy with the service!

Honestly always have pretty decent quick meals here. Service is always very friendly and checks in a good amount. The food portions, like the nachos, have changed a bit. Used to get a healthy helping of burger on the nachos and this last time it was pretty sad. The server did take it off our bill as it was not $8 worth of beef on the nachos for sure. Cajun shrimp were good, but man they were tiny!

My husband and I went for dinner. We arrived at Boston Pizza, walked in the entrance and was not welcomed at the front entrance. So we went and seated ourselves. When we were finally greeted at our table we were told that we should not have seated ourselves. But there was nobody in the restaurant besides one other table. There also was no signs stating wait to be seated. We were not treated very well. We asked what the And ended up leaving hungry. We asked what the specials were and the waitress was rude and said I'll have to find out. And we never even got a drink. So we left very disappointed.

Another busy Saturday at Boston Pizza! I'm starting to believe hockey families only eat there! Food surprisingly came fast but getting the plates and cutlery took forever. Our waitress C.O. pretty much slammed the dishes down on the table and walked away. Very rude! She definitely had an holier than thou attitude. I'll make sure she is not our waitress if we come back to this location.

Unsafe Dining Experience for Celiacs. If you have allergies don’t eat here.I celebrated my sister's birthday at Boston Pizza in Medicine Hat on January 19, at 1:00 pm, and it was a nightmare. Despite my serious gluten allergy (celiac), the restaurant served me a regular pizza instead of the gluten-free one I ordered. Two bites in, and I realized their mistake, and now will continue to suffer severe repercussions that will last at least a week.What's worse, the manager not only failed to take responsibility for this dangerous mistake but also blamed me for not being "clear enough" in my order. As a celiac, I couldn't have been more explicit about my allergy. In 2024 how is there no clear process for allergies?Boston Pizza Medicine Hat's disregard for the safety of diners with allergies is disgraceful. I won’t be returning and I'll be sharing this appalling incident within the celiac community to prevent others from risking their health at this establishment. What a disappointment and dangerous disgrace.
