Aug 5/25 : Ordered 2 lasagnas at 5:07 PM for delivery to Redcliff (a 6 minute drive)with an approximate delivery time of 5:57pm.It is now 6:32 and we called in asking about the order and according to the manager the delivery driver is out with the order. Order arrived at 6:40. This is not the first time this has happened so had to add this review. Fool me twice shame on me

Friendly staff for the mosy part but beyond horrible service.
The hostess made a rude face when asked for a high chair.
We (four people) ordered 2 mac n cheese, a thai chicken wrap and bugs and cheese for our toddler. We also ordered a starter (the Triple Play).
Our food took over fourty minutes and came BEFORE our starter. Someone (presumably a manager) brought out our starter after everyone already got their mains and apologized, however the starter was cold and soggy. They did not offer a reason for this.
The restaurant was barely busy with our side being less than half full. This is not busy enough to justify taking so long to make five plates of food or for the poor service.
At this point, we’d been in the restaurant for over an hour and had to leave because our toddler was fussy (probably because he was starving from the food taking so long).
As far as Boston Pizza goes, this is definitely the worst one I’ve ever been to. Don’t waste your time going here—you’d be better off going to McDonalds.

We saw our server twice, once to seat us and then again to pay. We didn’t get any napkins or cutlery. We were ignored by workers and we were the only table in the entire dining room. We didn’t even get refills we had to walk up to a worker and ask for a refill. We even found a mushroom on our pizza that didn’t have any mushrooms on it and when we brought it to a lady’s attention we didn’t get a sorry or anything she just responded with “that kitchen I’ll tell you”. Please stop ignoring costumers especially when you aren’t busy at all.

The food was good, although it seems like the portions are smaller than I remember. That said, our waitress Treena was awesome, and quick with bringing out all of our food and drinks. Overall, a good place for a bite.

Athena was amazing — made the whole experience better.
Came in for a casual meal and left genuinely impressed. Athena was our server and she absolutely crushed it — super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really taken care of. She had great energy, checked in at the right times, and got everything to us quickly with a smile.
You can tell she actually cares about her job and the people she’s serving. It’s rare to get that kind of genuine service these days. Big shoutout to Athena for making the night that much better!

I love boston pizza wings, and this location in my opinion had the best wings...but the last 3 times in a row I've ordered them they were kinda dry and next to no sauce. I hate complaining with a passion but I hope they can use this a constructive criticism because they are close to my home and I love having food there. Zero complaints on the waiting staff, they are an awesome group of people

Ordered takeout, arrived to pick it up just after the time the confirmation said it would be approximately ready, then continued to wait for 25 more minutes. I had to ask 3 people if my order was ready and 2 of the 3 didn’t come back. When the guy finally handed me the order, it was complete but stone cold. This isn’t the first time. Won’t be back.
