I love boston pizza wings, and this location in my opinion had the best wings...but the last 3 times in a row I've ordered them they were kinda dry and next to no sauce. I hate complaining with a passion but I hope they can use this a constructive criticism because they are close to my home and I love having food there. Zero complaints on the waiting staff, they are an awesome group of people

Ordered takeout, arrived to pick it up just after the time the confirmation said it would be approximately ready, then continued to wait for 25 more minutes. I had to ask 3 people if my order was ready and 2 of the 3 didn’t come back. When the guy finally handed me the order, it was complete but stone cold. This isn’t the first time. Won’t be back.

Good BPs Friendly staff. Quick service. Clean washrooms. BPs typical menu. Taste they have clean oil in the fryers. They have VLTs in the bar. Well lit. Ample parking Deal 15% off if you are staying in the hotel. Worth stopping in if you’re on the highway or want a BPs kinda night.
Although the price was right. The amount of pickles for the price was not. Considering what we order in other restaurants. It wasn't hot when arrived and had to heat it up again. I know the cost of my purchase wasn't much but I was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes but I received the order a little more then an hour. I know no time is guaranteed but the tip would have represented the time delivered . Hopefully the driver wasn't held back at the restaurant because other orders weren't done on time and he had to wait as the time cost him a probably a more appropriate tip. Hopefully the manager compensates I orders are held up as the delivery person has to face the customer out in the field.

I had a bad experience at Boston pizza a few weeks ago and I put into reviews. What happened? And the manager? The place called me to discuss what happened and we came to a conclusion that it was most likely a bad product and he was more than happy to rectify the situation and I would like to say thank you very much for calling me and talking with me and getting to the bottom of it. That was very, very good customer service. Thank you very much

It's disappointing to see how far the food quality has dropped. The burger patties are now thinner than a McDonalds hamburger patty, but yet prices are through the roof. Service was very poor for only having 2 tables occupied. Lower the prices, bring back some quality food and start giving fair portion sizes!
