Today I stopped in medicine hat to get Burger King for lunch and I went inside instead of going through the drive-through and I am very glad I did. I was kindly and promptly greeted and served by Trisha at the front counter. Let me tell you this woman is so kind, patient and sweet. I had an excellent experience. I also liked seeing the manager present on the floor working with her team and you running shift like a well oiled machine. well done BK Team!

There was smoke in the air but the burger and chips were good. Also they made a 3.99 CAD discount because of Wednesday whopper ( or the other way around 😀) That was extra nice 🙂

Great place to eat. Staff during the weekdays are amazing!! Just not on Sundays... fries are always cold and assembles the burger all on one side. (It isn't busy on Sundays in the afternoon.)

We ordered for dine-in through the app, but the staff still packed our order in a bag. When we arrived, they took everything out of the bag again and placed it on a tray (which created completely unnecessary waste).
When they realized they had given us medium fries instead of large ones, they replaced them—but just threw the medium ones away. Super wasteful and totally unnecessary, with no benefit for anyone.
They wouldn’t have lost anything by simply giving us the medium fries as well or eating them themselves.
Thank you for the very freshly cooked BIG Catch fish filled and fries ! Appreciate your politeness and speed ! THANK YOU !

Who can say they don’t love them some whoppers? BK is my favourite burger fast food joint. I try to avoid going inside though, as the staff is so below par in regards to customer service.
