Dairy Queen in Medicine Hat

“This is the only DQ I will go to in Medicine Hat because they actually know how to make a blizzard. The others DQ's in town won't do the blizzard flip test because it would land all over the counter🤦🏻‍♂️. Staff is always friendly with great service here.“

“This was an amazing place to conduct business! Had a special request for a cake and needed it relatively quickly, got to talk directly to the owner (which doesn’t happen now a days) and allowed me to fully customize the cake how I needed it! Got it to me within the same day and even gave me a deal! Could not say it more, this is by far the best dairy queen I’ve ever visited and will continue to get all my business!

Also I have to say the atmosphere when you walk in just feels like “the good old days” and not a typical franchise place, hard to keep that atmosphere in today’s world!

“Ordered a ice cream sheet cake about four days prior pickup the lady that helped me was extremely helpful with all the details i needed (sorry i forgot her name). When I picked up they had it in a big box with ice to insure it would stay cold for my hour drive home. It arrived without thawing and lettering was not smeared a bit. Thank you guys. AWESOME JOB!!“

“The owner operator of this business is 10/10 customer orientated and cares about your complaints and frustrations , followed up with me and made things right with some coupons and a gift card and a hand written delivered letter , you don’t find that often anymore , businesses make mistakes but it is how they handle the end result that really matters thabks again toby“
