There was a homeless lady and man and they were falling asleep. I'm assuming they were on drugs not a good place to be
Enjoyed a nice cold blizzard on a super hot day. Made exactly as ordered. Donʼt forget to earn reward points with your order.

Slow service, got the wrong blizzard (Oreo I asked for a Oreo mint) to start off with after waiting 5 minutes then didn’t even mix it all the way. Wouldn’t recommend.

The food and employees were all great, but the restaurant itself is quite dated.
You need to let them know if you need to use the washroom so that they can unlock it from the counter (which is fine). The women's stall doors were both broken, there wasn't even a proper latch on either one.
Doesn't take long to get your food.
Hotel is a very friendly cashier very helpful.
Ugh, I just purchased a log cake. Usually I go to the other DQ on Dunmore. Now I remember why. My log cake was best before Feb 24 so it has little red hearts for Valentine's. Valentine's Day was a month ago.Then they wrote over that BB date with a thicker sharpie for March 24. I guess it's not gone bad per say. But it certainly isn't fresh either. Such a scam . It should be discounted if it's past due. Or have fresh made up. Quite pissed off!!!
The burgers are great, but some days the burgers aren't great, it's usually the bun.

Rude zero effort to provide good customer service like not even satisfactory it's disgusting how they treat any adult younger then 80.
I always have the best service experience when I come here. Specifically one of the workers, Nirav. He should definitely get promoted or something because he goes above & beyond whenever I order from there! This is the only DQ I go to now because of the amazing service I get. He ALWAYS knows my order and makes it exactly the way I like it.
