Order was delivered from skip but was missing a few items. After calling this location to complain, the staff offered to drive over the missing items personally. I recieved my missing items between 5-10mins. They also included a free smoothie.Thank you for going above and beyond to correct an easy mistake. Very much appreciated!

I can't rely on these guys for providing food in a timely manner. I get a short lunch break and only really have time to pick up and go, so I pre-order through the app. No matter what, the order never gets started until I'm there to pick it up- super frustrating!Today, I pre-ordered and was waiting for over 20 minutes in store, which was already 20-30 minutes after I ordered. While I waited, I watched walk-in customers walk up, order, and get their food. So clearly there is no point to pre-ordering.When I got my food it was cold and looked hastily made, so it was clearly just sitting there while they helped other people. And not once have they ever provided the "warm queso" with the pretzel sticks as advertised on the menu; you always gotta reheat that stuff from this location because it's literally cold to the touch.Staff look like they are hard workers, at least!

The service was great, don’t get me wrong. Yet when we were eating I looked over at the counter. There was an employee, touching money then food back to money. Making blizzards then came to the garbage and washed it. I then watched him NOT wash his hands, and touch food again. This is gross I never will order here again.

Last 3 orders where ether not correct or done properly food is a 50 50 if freash and decent or bad like just recently i oder a blizzard and all they gave me was ice cream in a blizard cup with topings thats it and not a actual billzard. Once long ago it was a great place now after these mistakes i will mo longer supported DQ for surecthis one

I started coming to this location regularly in 2019. Since 2021 things have gotten so much better, better service, better food, and they made some changes that gave the place a nicer atmosphere. The staff are always friendly and I always see the same ones for the most part.

I don't usually review fast-food chain restaurants, and on the inside, this is a standard Dairy Queen. We received our sundae and blizzard quickly. The restaurant was tidy. What I thought was noteworthy about this Dairy Queen was the sculpted wall (bas-relief?) on their patio. At first I thought it was a painted advertisement, but when you look at it, it's 3D. There's a similar artwork at the Medalta Potteries. I hope they maintain this wall as it's pretty unique!

They don't take orders right, anytime I've been there. They forget things and add things that don't belong. They dont fix their mistakes. Then they look at you, like what do you want me to do about it. I dont know customer service. Save your money and go to another DQ in town. This one is a lost

Waited in the drive through for 14 minutes. People walking in were getting served and drove home, before our order was ready. The order was wrong! Ordered caramels, received peanuts. On a positive note, the ice cream was tasty.
