We just had the most awful experience at this Dairy Queen that makes us never want to go back.My husband had ordered a medium hot fudge sunday and when he pulled up at the window to pay, the lady working the drive thru window tried to give him a tray full of ice cream cones. He told the lady that was not what he ordered and she said yes it is.He told her no it’s not, and told her he ordered a medium hot fudge sunday and she flat out called him a liar!! She actually said to him, you are lying.She was very rude about it! And, she also made him pay twice, which ended up totalling $7.97. Which is too much money! Then another staff came over, and handed him a large blizzard! Again, not what he ordered at all!This type of customer service is awful, and disgusting. There was no reason for calling him a liar or have a rude attitude towards him. And to continue giving him the wrong order and to NOT fix the problem. Just awful service.I am very unhappy and upset we had to pay that much money for something we never received.

I went through the Drive-thru today at the DQ on Dunmore Rd. I spent $55.48. When I got home, the Double Cheese burger was missing. When I called, I was told they were sorry and that I can come back and they could make me another one. I said that I don't live nearby so coming all the way back. i was told that that's what most people say., but there was nothing else they could do Also, I ordered 2 small blizzards and the ice cream didn't even come up to the rim. Very disappointed!

I left with out any food! Trying using the app coupon at the drive thru, the cashier said it’s a mobile coupon and she couldn’t use it, I said I was mobile and had a coupon, nothing…I asked her for assistance with using the coupon and she had no idea how it worked! Really!!! Good ice cream. Did a good job on the order. But. My gosh what an outdated feel of a restaurant, shocked corporate doesn't force a reno. Don't think much has changed here in over 30 years

Honestly the most out dated Dairy Queen I've ever seen. This place feels like it was built and never touched since 1980s. This from the building to their equipment used. Dairy Queen as a franchise has an app to collect points, well don't expect that here as they don't participate, even tho they advertise the app right at the till. This is also probably why they don't even offer ordering on the app ahead of time... forcing you to wait in their 20 minute long line up of people, which consisted of maybe 5 people total it's just how slow they are at taking and fulfilling orders.You want something quick and fast avoid this location. But aside from that the food is still good for the most part.Dairy Queen as a company and/or the Franchisee needs to wake up and get this Dairy Queen up to par with every other Dairy Queen in this world.

I tried the new Backyard Bacon Ranch burger and really enjoyed it. I was glad to know I could choose 1, 2 or 3 burgers. I highly recommend the new Churro dipped cone if you like cinnamon.
