Asked for a cake on short notice to be decorated for our granddaughters birthday . They were great and went out of they're way to make it customized. Great cake too. Very happy with attention to service.

DQ treats were yummy. Tables were dirty and napkins dispensers were out. The place wasn't busy so didn't know why the housekeeping items weren't kept up.

Went here on Saturday to eat some lunch. Fries were cold so I returned them and they gave me more cold fries. Burger was also cold. Was looking for a manager or some sort of adult to talk to but not one in site. Just a bunch of kids yelling and laughing in the back. Iv never actually had bad food at any DQ restaurant except this one.
Edit: probably should have looked at the reviews before eating here. Obviously the manager or whoever runs this establishment does not care 🤣

Worst blizzard I’ve ever had. Ordered 2 blizzards. One Turtles and One Oreo with Reece’s. They came leveled off. The turtles blizzard only had pecans (no turtles at all) and both came in liquid form. It was closer to cold soup than ice cream. I would not recommend this location.

Brought my kids in the girl behind the counter was rude, a majority of the tables were covered in ketchup and crumbs ti the point you didn't want to sit down staff spends the majority of the time yell talking to each other in the kitchen.... definitely dont have this kind of service at other locations in the city

My last two times ordering food from here they messed up my order
The first time I mobile order and got back to my vehicle and got to a spot to eat and realized my burger didn't have my substitution on it
The second time I went in to order and got my food and got back to my vehicle and realized I didn't have fries after I started driving
Both times I was working and quickly stopped for food. I strongly suggest to do a bag check before you leave

I just wanna mention this post on the group for our city please have a talk woth the staff from last night or fire the cook for being unsanitary and making the problem the customers
Went out to eat with my son. While our experience was alright we witnessed an older gentleman go behind the counter and bag his own food while the workers were in the back talking. I understand having a younger staff but they need proper training or a mature supervisor to be watching over them

Service is alright but food has been consistently bad the last several times I’ve ate here, cold stale fries, chunky congealed gravy, reheated chicken etc
Edit after owner response: Although I appreciate a response after leaving my initial review unfortunately my view stays the same if I do eat out it’s usually at a Dairy Queen it’s my preferred option. I just don’t see myself choosing this location over the others in town after several poor experiences with my food here. (Review bumped up to 3 stars)
