Overall just horrible experience, the staff likes to close 45 minutes early, they don't give the right change, and they usually don't get the food right

Worst experience at a Dairy Queen I’ve ever had if u want a fudge sundae expect ice cream with a drop fudge

Service is alright but food has been consistently bad the last several times I’ve ate here, cold stale fries, chunky congealed gravy, reheated chicken etc
Edit after owner response: Although I appreciate a response after leaving my initial review unfortunately my view stays the same if I do eat out it’s usually at a Dairy Queen it’s my preferred option. I just don’t see myself choosing this location over the others in town after several poor experiences with my food here. (Review bumped up to 3 stars)

Staff were so friendly and smiling. Felt welcomed and great service, clean bathrooms! Recommend!!
Higher prices than Downtown and smaller containers.. absolutely absurd
Watched them pull my burgers out of a microwave no clue how long they had been sitting on the counter for, but will never return
Ordered once again through skip.
The store itself forgot to give the delivery driver items.
No accountability, all they would do is tell me to contact skip when it was their fault and not the delivery drivers.
Ordered a large score blizzard and was given a Reese peanut butter one. I am not a fan of peanut butter and couldn’t eat it. I called to let them know and the girl asked if we were coming back to get another one tonight. I said we just got home. No other suggestions offered and the girl said ‘have a good night’. She was pleasant but I was looking forward to sharing a Reese blizzard with my spouse. Needless to say we were impressed.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Dairy Queen, largely due to the attitude of one particular staff member with locs. From the start, they seemed more interested in acting cool than actually engaging with customers. When I approached the counter, I was met with a dismissive attitude, and it felt like I was interrupting something far more important. To top it off, after placing my order, I was handed the wrong item. Instead of apologizing or offering a quick fix, the staff member argued with me about what I had ordered, completely disregarding my explanation.
The whole encounter was frustrating, especially since the food itself was fine. However, the negative interaction with this employee left a sour taste in my mouth. Customer service should be a priority, and this experience made it clear that this particular staff member was more focused on their own vibe than providing good service. I won’t be returning if I have to deal with that level of attitude again.
Very good food and have had good service here in the past.

It was a long Saturday evening. We just came off a volleyball tournament, and our team was hungry, and I ran in to be first and be able to eat first. I ordered my food and waited, then I was the last person from my team to get their food, and I ordered first! Then I looked over at my friend, and he had a milkshake, and then he got another milkshake for free. When I got my onion rings, it was only half full. It took them 25 minutes for my food. I don't recommend this place!

The burgers are good never had an issue with that but have been having issues with is the blizzards and some of the staff as of late. Tonight was kinda deciding factor on leaving a review as every time I go at night, there is always kids working with out any adults present and it seems like they just don’t care about the customers and more worried about talking to each other, on there phone or talking to their boy friends or friends. Tonight came down the drive thru at 9:50 and the guy in the intercom was nice but the girl at the window couldn’t even say hi or give total of what I owe. Just shoves the debit machine in my face instead of asking how I’m paying as it was cash. Then closes window once I got my change. When the ice cream is up she grabs and does her quick flip with out window open and shoves it in to my hand and grabs the second one and just shoves as well and just was in a big rush. as I’m pull forward a bit I see a young guy locking the front doors at 9:54 when they should be open till 10pm. That’s just tonight I know they are wanting to close up and go home but customer service should always be first.
I was there a week ago or two but went thru the drive thru at night again as it was all the high school kids working. Sitting at the window notice 2 of them are on their phones texting. Ordered a blizzard, I have a habit of checking before pulling away fully because they seem to be cheep and only wave the ingredients past the ice cream before mixing. I was right there was nothing in it for a strawberry cheesecake as it was a faint red and no cheese cake chunks, I took it in to get corrected the girl did take it to the back but had to take her away from talking to what I think was her boy friend who was just sitting on the table that’s by the till had to give her back her lip chapstick ,she talk to the other girl who made it and tossed it, as she did that she said I guess I got to go back and do my job. But as I’m standing there waiting the guys are just standing there talking to the girls and the guys in the back texting on their phones. I did get my blizzard corrected thank you for that.
The last couple times I been there at night just not been pleasant with the kids always seem like they just want to be on their phones and collect their pay-checks. The day crew when the adults are in never have an issue at all. I never left a review before on any place and I don’t want to start but thought I would this time as it’s been troubling last fue times.

Long waiting time for skip the dishes drivers
I always order a Sunday with extra hot fudge and what I’d like to know is how much hot fudge you get if you don’t ask for extra because even asking for extra there’s hardly any in it.
