I went to this location in the NE for the first time. The bun was not fresh and the hamburger was dry. I thought it was just my burger but my mom told me hers was the same. I've been to the one down by the Canadian Tire, beside Specsavers and the food was hot a fresh. I would not recommend the location in the North East, sadly!

Went here and got 2 combos one double flame and one double cheeseburger one with onion rings and one with fries ? they were both the wrong orders when we got home we called the store to tell them they hung up on me

I attempted to use a mobile app coupon deal at the Drive through at the 8 St. N. W. Medicine Hat Dairy Queen. The person who took my order didn't understand or know how to take the order and instructed me to go to the drive through window. I told him what the coupon/code was for and tried to order, he said he needed to see my phone because he didn't understand, I showed him the phone but he wanted to take my phone. I refused to give him my phone, because it wasn't necessary if he was trained properly, it is also a brand new $2000 phone that I didn't want to risk one of us dropping AND due to contact reduction principles with Covid on the rise, I am not comfortable strangers handling my phone, a device i touch with my hands and face. He took offense at this, and got belligerent, I asked to speak to a supervisor, he said they couldn't help me and the burgers I was trying to order didn't exist-a stackburger- I didn't have a menu to show him, because he wouldn't let me order at the order intercom near a menu and so I drove away, BUT as I trove away, I heard him shout, something like, "Ya, you go, blah, blah blah" in his big man voice.This whole situation could have been dealt with using respectful customers service principles and tactics. And so, I would ask that the manager/franchise owner of the 8th St.NW Medicine hat Dairy Queen, please train your staff the importance of customer service and how to implement it.

We ordered a specialty blizzard cake and they messed it up and made the wrong kind. Even though the paper said cherry blizzard they made cherry cheesecake. They were only able to give me %50 off and a free blizzard when they fully made the mistake as seen in the photo here

It's a DQ so you get typical DQ food. The kids here seem to care and make my food to my specifications and are so friendly. We stop in a couple times a month and are happy to go for ice cream. *DQ hint: Peanut buster parfaits are awesome with the pecans too.

Poor service, order completely wrong and food was lunch leftovers so burgers were cold. When I returned my food they microwaved it for a few second and was still cold so asked for new food. And staff was mad they had to remake. Won’t be back to this location!

The owner operator of this business is 10/10 customer orientated and cares about your complaints and frustrations , followed up with me and made things right with some coupons and a gift card and a hand written delivered letter , you don’t find that often anymore , businesses make mistakes but it is how they handle the end result that really matters thabks again toby

This location is my go to in Medicine Hat. The drive through staff is rarely friendly but not necessarily rude. Today the girl that took my payment didn’t acknowledge us with words at all except after I payed by debit she handed me my parfait and said your blizzard is being made. The lady that brought us the blizzard was pleasant. Unfortunately the peanut buster parfait I got looks nothing like the many other ones I’ve had in the past. When did DQ start cheaping out on ice cream? Normally the ice cream fills at least half the lid this one barely goes above the cup. Not sure this is worth $6
