Very busy as I went right at rush hour but staff was very efficient and friendly. Still the best prices around for fast food and I can tell it is made to order, as the food is always piping hot when we receive it.

Was told at the box to receive my total at the window, when I reached the window it was insanely expensive for what we ordered. I asked to delete the pop from my order and manager lied and said its not possible. Unfortunately Medicine Hat owned dairy queens are not held to the same standard as other towns, likely due to management.

If I could give zero star I would. Manager has called me names and one of the workers had looked at me weird and put his finger inside my drink. He was trying to flirt with me and i was extremely scared that he was going to come for me after his shift.

Ruthless and unprofessional management. Manager has anger issues. Current employees told me about how they use expired mushroom sauce for the Mushroom Swiss Grillburger. If there is mold fuzz growing on the sauce, they just mix it in and call it a day. Also, they purposely water down the chocolate sauce they use on their sundaes. Absolutely disgusting and cheap. I would recommend visiting the downtown DQ for your cravings. DO BETTER.

Both my wife and I ordered chicken, fries and pop on Friday while heading out of town. We both have never been so sick within hours of eating. After our bodies purged the foods, we both felt perfect. It wasn't a flu or our 6 month old would have been ill as well. My stomach was upset by the time we hit Walsh. It had to be something from there as we ate nothing similar for over 24 hrs.

So many wrong orders my wife had stopped going to this location. I went to it today and got the wrong order again. Kids miss out on sauce for there chicken strips over 50% off the time. Like my wife I will start going out of my way to a different location.

After telling them 5 times that I wanted onion rings with the rest of my order I was given my food and then looked in the bag and did not see them. I knocked on the window and was then told that they were under the rest of the food. I guess I shouldn’t have been surprised when I got home and they were not in the bag. The food was also cold and was less portions than asked for (4 chicken strips in a 6 strip basket). Absolute incompetence, I’d give 0 stars if I could

I ordered the buffalo chicken and they ran out of takeout containers I guess so I got a very messy dish that included 2 dine in trays which could make it super messy. I would recommend stockpiling a bit
