⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ D’Carlo Pasta in Medicine Hat is absolutely outstanding. The food is incredible—rich, authentic flavors and unbelievably delicious from the first bite to the last. Portions are massive and more than worth it, so you definitely won’t leave hungry. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it perfect for a relaxed night out, and the staff are attentive, friendly, and genuinely care about your experience. Everything from the taste to the service is top-notch. Easily one of the best dining spots in Medicine Hat—I can’t wait to come back!

My husband took me to your restaurant tonight for my birthday! 100 % totally my kind of restaurant! The service was impeccable, the food was incredible ( our compliments to the chef ). Loved everything about this place. Mostly the food. I like the way you order each part of your meal separately, picking and choosing the pasta, sauce etc. My Husband would have loved a carbonara sauce but other than that, superb. We are eating our left overs tonight, now that we are back in Calgary.

During a visit to Medicine Hat this past weekend, we had dinner at D’Carlo Pasta House. This place blew us away with its comfort, good service, amazing prices, and huge portions (you’re definitely taking food home). More importantly, the food was amazing. We absolutely loved it. If we ever go back to the Hat, we will definitely stop here. If you are a local resident who has not eaten here, check it out. Love you guys.

A hidden gem that feels like a little trip to Italy! 🇮🇹 My first time here… ..Absolutely loved this place! The decor is beautiful it really feels like a little escape to Italy. The menu is small but perfect, and the pasta was incredible (huge portions too!). The chef and his wife were so kind and welcoming, it felt like home. Super clean, cozy, and delicious.
