Loved everything about this place. Mostly the food. I like the way you order each part of your meal separately, picking and choosing the pasta, sauce etc. My Husband would have loved a carbonara sauce but other than that, superb. We are eating our left overs tonight, now that we are back in Calgary.

During a visit to Medicine Hat this past weekend, we had dinner at D’Carlo Pasta House. This place blew us away with its comfort, good service, amazing prices, and huge portions (you’re definitely taking food home). More importantly, the food was amazing. We absolutely loved it. If we ever go back to the Hat, we will definitely stop here. If you are a local resident who has not eaten here, check it out. Love you guys.

A hidden gem that feels like a little trip to Italy! 🇮🇹 My first time here… ..Absolutely loved this place! The decor is beautiful it really feels like a little escape to Italy. The menu is small but perfect, and the pasta was incredible (huge portions too!). The chef and his wife were so kind and welcoming, it felt like home. Super clean, cozy, and delicious. The service and atmosphere I would say was great. I did not enjoy the tiny cups for water and it felt like the service was consistently visiting our table which did not necessarily feel private or intimate at times. I ordered a tomato sauce (which had no wording implying it was spicy) 🌶️ and it was which wasn’t entirely what I wanted at the time. The food portions were great!

Went for our first time last night (March 7/25), absolutely amazing!!! Food, service and atmosphere was outstanding. We’ve eaten at a lot of different restaurants and both agree that the food was delicious, we will definitely be back!
I should add, I’m gluten intolerant and the gluten free pasta was perfect.

Started out with sitting at a very uncomfortable table. Only went up from there!!! Food was awesome from statert to desert. Absolutely great specials!!!

Servers were nice, atmosphere was nice. One dish was upgraded to a larger side without us requesting it, and the other dish, a shrimp scampi pasta was served with just 6 overcooked shrimp. The server did not ask how the meal was. Food came too quick. Felt like we were in and out very quick.
