Loved everything about this place. Mostly the food. I like the way you order each part of your meal separately, picking and choosing the pasta, sauce etc. My Husband would have loved a carbonara sauce but other than that, superb. We are eating our left overs tonight, now that we are back in Calgary.
During a visit to Medicine Hat this past weekend, we had dinner at D’Carlo Pasta House. This place blew us away with its comfort, good service, amazing prices, and huge portions (you’re definitely taking food home). More importantly, the food was amazing. We absolutely loved it. If we ever go back to the Hat, we will definitely stop here. If you are a local resident who has not eaten here, check it out. Love you guys.
WOW. JUST WOW. Amazing service, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS FOOD, great atmosphere. If you are looking for comfort food, this is the spot! Best pasta I’ve tasted in town!! Will be coming back <3
