Earls Kitchen + Bar

We had such a wonderful evening at Earls Kitchen + Bar. The food and beverages were absolutely delicious, and the service made the experience even better. The newly renovated space is stunning — it has such an elevated, big-city feel!

A special thank-you to Charlotte, who is truly the best host. Her kindness, along with the warm hospitality from the entire staff, made our night feel exceptional.

Food was quick, but not worth its price. Service was alright, staff were friendly but lacked sincerity. Overall, it was fine but not memorable. Disappointing for a restaurant with this price point!

Don’t order the steak frites or calamari. Calamari tasted like it walked here from the Pacific. Should be called Frites steak as you get a bucket of McDonalds quality fries and a steak smaller than the palm of your hand for $40. Service was great.

We made a reservation for 8 people for my husband's birthday and the service was amazing! We always expect longer wait times because of the larger table but it was so fast, and they were very attentive to drinks. Sarah was a wonderful server! Happy hour was so good, we will definitely be back!

Went there for diner great food and the server Jayna(sp?) was excellent very helpful (you were right can’t go wrong with cheesecake for dessert) and attentive and cheerful. The staff was excellent even with Reno’s going on.

The positives were our waitress was fantastic and the food was fresh and very good. However the restaurant is currently a construction zone. And both the bathrooms and windows were dirty. Finally, we had flies flying around landing on our cutlery, so we had to move tables. Not the Earls we were expecting!

We decided to have a girl's night dinner tonight at Earls and at first, our dining experience was off to a bit of a rocky start encountering the hostesses not even acknowledging us and looking at us with very unwelconing gestures, it was very uncomfortable. Thankfully our server was super amazing, her name was Jess and I would 100% come back to Earls just to be served by her! She was very helpful with questions about the menu and to recommendations, she made sure our drinks never ran out and that our food was good. She noticed my steak right away wasn't cooked properly. Honestly these things can all be overlooked when you have someone like Jess on your team. Mistakes happen, it's how it's handled. Keep Jess around, she is a great asset to the team, and I hope next time I stop into Earls, I hope Jess is here to serve us! Thank you!

Back in Edmonton after a quip trip to Earl’s, Medicine Hat to meet up with friends for lunch yesterday. Even with renovations underway, the experience was great. Everyone was professional, but friendly. Our waitress (I believe her name is Carman) had perfect timing, giving us time to settle in before taking our order. We spent a leisurely 2 hours together without being hurried, but drinks kept topped up. … and the food was great too! 😉 Thanks for taking good care of us. We’ll be doing this again!

Staff allowed me to move a patio umbrella to shade our table better. Thanks Food was excellent with good suggestion made by our waitstaff. Only downside was delay in getting our bills. Beautiful day to dine in the patio.

Madison our server was awesome!! She did a really great job and deserves a kudos!! It was a tad noisy but it's because they are renovating and only half restaurant was open. It was still a nice evening, we enjoy Earls!
