Food and service were excellent as I've come to expect from Earls. The only issue was in our placement. Hosts need a better read of their clients. Training would be a good start.

Despite placing a reservation, we had to wait twenty five minutes to be seated only to be shown to probably the worst table in the building. The table should honestly just not be there. After placing our order we were told it was a fifty minute wait, which was actually an hour ten to hour twenty. Atmosphere was not good. Despite the open floor plan, it felt cramped. Loud music was blasted to hide the noise from other tables but made it hard to hold your own conversation. Food was what you would expect.

They overbooked seating on Valentine's Day, which led to a cascade of issues. The food was good and the serving staff in the restaurant area were great, but those positive vibes hardly salvaged all the awkwardness and delays experienced prior. The restaurant used to be dependably excellent -- even on the busiest of evenings. Now, I could only recommend it on "off" days.

Garlic toast was thick pan bread.- not very toasted nor garlic flavored. Crab cakes too crunchy and crumbly with all the fillers which overwhelmed crab taste. It was like eating crab in a salad.

I've always loved Earls food & drink, and that's still the case... Went for a family dinner and this time around instead of a steak, or wings & salad, or a pizza, I got the "Soup, Pan Bread, Salad combo," and I'm glad I did. For the soup I grabbed the Clam Chowder, Earls' clam chowder has been a personal fave forever, it was amazing as usual, and I had the Caesar Salad. Everything was delicious, the best part though... The price. That combo may be the best deal on their menu; Earls strikes again!!

We recently ate at Earl's for dinner. The food was a little expensive, but not outrageous for a 'classier' restaurant (approx $110 for two people for entrees, one shared appy and two drinks). Parking is ample, service is VERY attentive. No real separation between the Bar and the Lounge, so the TV's were a little distracting for the lounge side. Door people took our reservation over the phone and were very friendly, but we found out they don't get to share in the tips, despite the fact that they also help with service, bussing tables etc. Shame on you Earl's. My only issue with the meal was that I had the hunan (sp?) stir fry and asked for no peppers, and I ended up eating a whole one that was in there by mistake ... very hot, very ouchy! The server was apologetic, and admitted it shouldn't have been in there. I was just lucky there were no worse consequences. So if you have an allergy, be ADAMANT about what you can't have in your meal and make it clear.Parking: Strip mall parking plus parking on the adjacent street.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible.

Lunch @12:30, (Bar Side) waited 5-10 min for someone to acknowledge me. Great TV set up, good atmosphere . No Lunch specials was only told there was a Tomato soup, found out over hearing the waitress on the restaurant side that it’s $5.00 off steaks and 1/2 price wine. Food was served in 10-15 min, empty pop glass ignored and wasn’t asked if there was anything else’s I needed, very strange food drop,, and this was by my server not a runner.Chicken Pulled Club was amazing but over priced, and $5.00 for a pop is just ridiculous even for these days,Later found out it was the Manager that was serving me,,,,, Not impressed ,,,,I won’t be back for lunch at this Earls
Always a good time when I come to this location. Food was tasty, and the server was attentive. Definitely have repeat customers here.

I don't really have much to say. Everything was... fine? The food is acceptable if not slightly overpriced, the drinks are aggressively overpriced, 12 dollars for a ceasar, and 5 dollars for a coke? I went for dinner with a friend and for 2 of us, pasta, a sandwich, a coke and a ceasar it was 72 dollars before tip. For a place where the menu is fairly boring and fairly expensive, I don't think it's worth the investment

I am not sure the name of the server that was on Wed Jan 3 at 4:30 working the bar area but she was FANTASTIC and is always so great anytime I have had her! The food and drinks were awesome as was the atmosphere. I really feel like Earls has really, really stepped up their game and its now one of my most favourite places to go because of it!
