At Dee Jay's bar. Average looking bar but the food is awesome, beers cold, chairs are comfy and washrooms are clean. And very friendly service.

I guess we missed the hey day of Eats on 8th by a few years. We definitely do not have the same rating for the food as previous diners. Starting with not having 3 of the 5 things we asked for, we landed on good ol traditional beef dip and Philly cheese sammies. The beef was so dry it turned to sawdust as you chewed. The onions and peppers were caramelized down so much it was a brown mush with the occasional green pepper skin visible. The gravy was pretty good. Over all a fail on freshness, fail on menu selection and a fail on seasoning. It’s too bad. Going off their online menu and reviews, this should have been a fantastic meal.

Great food but if your open tell 8 you'd think the kitchen would be open tell 8 too.

We stopped in on a road trip. When we walked in, we thought "oh no, pub food" as it looked like a small town bar inside but were pleasantly surprised about how DELICIOUS everything was and the prices were very reasonable, with large portions of food. Our salad dressings were all homemade and the homemade bread for our sandwiches were soo delicious. Highly recommend the tuna melt on homemade dill sour dough.Bonus, there were so many little gems that were clearly homemade - signs on the walls, clocks, paintings and sewed microwave hot plates.Highly recommend. Will be returning next time we pass through!

Ordered for the first time; Thai chicken. Was delivered quickly, generous portion, & so tasty!

The service was slow. my husband’s sandwich had undeclared Dijon mustard, to which he is allergic. Was given and charged for unasked for gravy. Each sandwich was .73 cents more than the menu list. Will not recommend or return ?

Went for lunch. Service was slow and food was mediocre. I was charged for gravy that I didn’t order. Not recommend or returning.

Food was okay. Disappointed to see neither staff, father nor son, wore masks.

Amazing food. Great service. Felt like a British pub with the pool table and slot machines. Would highly recommend.
