I just saw one of the counter guys steal money from a kid and when I gave him a crooked eye he just said is it your kid. what a piece!

The food is good but the service of the manager is not friendly and caring ??. He just walked away after the food was served. He did not offer me to have a lid and a take out plastic bag on my beef sukiyaki bowl order. Really not professional….??????

Great food, portion sizes always on the smaller side though, but so tasty have to keep going back. This location is one of the cleanest I have ever seen and it appears to have far better staff than many other locations of this same franchise that I visit when I travel. Highly recommend this place to anyone in medicine hat or traveling through the area. Thanks.

Always ripping off the portioning. They are substandard compare to the other location. They should be retrain or it will be better if it’s under new management.
Very good food, restaurant and people. They were very nice and Sushi was delicious. All their items were at a good price.
Edo Japan at the Mall customer service sucks! Rude taking order no acknowledgement of business we are bringing to their company. Don’t know how to smile. If your in customer service u need to be people person! Given you probably have a bad day, don’t take it to work that your livelihood. Food are bland probably due to the feeling u put in when your cooking the food. Sour attitude sour taste. NEVER AGAIN.
