I just went in and the electronic menus don’t work. I was asked to pay cash, and charged more than it says it is online. I got a Buddha bowl and the server gave me rice NOT noodles, no crispy wontons and it was the smallest serving I’ve ever had, not the normal bowl. You can’t phone because the number doesn’t work.

Worst Freshii ever! I created a build your own bowl and it did not have half the ingredients I had to pay extra for, including the protein. They served it in a plastic soup bowl not the paper style compostable bowl which was smaller and significantly harder to eat from. It also meant I couldn’t see what was missing till I dug into the bottom to find a topping less mass of rice. So disappointing.

Close your doors if you have no food to serve!!! It’s not fair to you staff who has to deal with pissed off customers. And it’s not fair to your customers who get served horrible food. I’ve eaten here many times and have never had such a terrible Fiesta wrap which you couldn’t even make into a wrap cause you didn’t even have those. Service was great, friendly guy, felt bad for him.

My husband & I used to love this place but unfortunately the last several visits we have noticed a significant difference in both the quantity + quality. At first, we thought it might just be an off day, but it seems to be the new normal. We used to love how filling the bowls were, but now the portioning is lacking for the price you pay. They seem to be using less sauce as well, which has changed the flavors. It's just not worth it now in our eyes...hope this improves, as we want to see healthy options like this available in Medicine Hat!

Not great in many ways. Stated that Greek supplies were not available but they had all the components. He couldn't explain this. Smoothie ix just like any other powder based watered down product. No mango taste at all. He was nice.

Usually the food and drinks are good, but my experience in the Medicine Hat Freshii was lacking. The smoothie was a watered down mango and the Cobb wrap was missing ingredients or light on ingredients. I always order the same thing and know what to expect.

Food was amazing!!! Service was great. Even my 4 & 2 year old were acknowledged by the gentlemen serving us. Extremely clean. Will be my go to stop when passing through Medicine Hat.

I got something different then I ordered but it was actually not bad. Only don't like the amount of rice compared to the other ingredients. The wasn't a good balance I'm the dish after 3-4 spoons.I like healthy alternatives but that wasn't it, but that's just my opinion.

This is by far the best fresh healthy restaurant in Medicine Hat the food is delicious the service is amazing and the restaurant is beautiful nice quiet street it is a pleasure to go everytime.

This place has taken a nose dive the last year or so. Freshii was our go to location 2-3 times a week, but now it’s totally unacceptable. Menu items aren’t in stock, broccoli is brown, falafels are sometimes half frozen. Tried going in today and they didn’t even have mushrooms.It’s frustrating as someone who ate mostly plant based, but now we avoid it totally.

Popped in to grab a smoothie. They had no additions (protein powder, etc) and it didn't taste the same as the same flavour I've had at other locations. I think he forgot the pineapple.

Severely gone down hill the last few months. I’ve been a loyal repeat customer since they opened with no complaints until recently. The last few times have been nothing but a disappointment. From ordering three meals and having the employee make them all wrong (very under trained) and vastly over charging and when asking to have it fixed (the meals not the payment) he gave me the answer of “well I made it to what the sheet says”. Again a loyal customer I was well aware these were not right. To making an order on the app and them not being open when I go to pick up (at 2pm on a Friday) and a employee calling me 50 minutes after my order was placed saying it’s ready even though I had already ordered food at another establishment I said I would still go pick up. Once I get there all the employee said was “you should have called”. Then when getting home and reviewing the meals there is significantly less sauce then if I were to have ordered in, already fuming because I waited way too much time to get my food I called the store to simply ask why the appropriate amount of sauce wasn't given I was hung up on. Needless to say this was the last straw for me. Do better.
