We went in about 1:30pm the waitress was fantastic and cheerful. They were 8 of us; she got all the orders delivered quickly; we had a chance to visit; children received coloring pages. Waitress came around and asked if we need refills and how everything was. I definitely recommend and we will all be back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We came here with my friend for breakfast, and it was such a wonderful experience!
The location is super convenient with lots of free parking. The restaurant itself is spacious and bright, with big tables and plenty of room between them, so even though it was quite busy, it didn’t feel noisy at all. Each table had different kinds of syrup, sugar, salt, and pepper — a nice touch that makes breakfast even cozier.
We ordered the breakfast combo: eggs, bacon, sausages, hashbrowns, and blueberry pancakes. Everything was absolutely delicious! The eggs were cooked perfectly, the portions were huge, and the blueberry pancakes were massive, incredibly fluffy, and unbelievably tasty. The coffee was brewed just right too.
But the real gem of this place was our server, Mary Ros🌹 She was unbelievably friendly, checked on us several times to make sure everything was good, and kept smiling, laughing, and joking with us the whole time. She truly made our morning brighter!
This is definitely a place to come back to — whether with friends or family — for a cozy, hearty breakfast. We’ll absolutely be back!

When a skip order when awry, these folks worked so hard to fix the miscommunication that happened between the app and I, and made sure that I got fresh hot food on a really stressful and upsetting day. I cannot express how grateful I am just for some French toast and bananas right now

The openness of this restaurant is so nice. Wonderful waitress and quick receiving our food. Guessing the restaurant was about 1/4 full at that time. Glad to have IHop in Medicine Hat. Right in the same parking lot as the mall.

I have been to this IHop many times, and for the most part, it's alright. There are a few people who work that should never be around people. They have a very poor attitude. I asked for a refill on my coffee and was told when I got to it and never got my refill. That's just one of the shitty experiences I've had there.
Food was great! Staff was superb! Definitely will return. Nobody left hungru

Well, I would not recommend going here at 6:30 for a quick bite to eat. The servers must not have been fed cause the one was rude and bit off our heads, and the other didn't want to smile.

Obviously short staffed. Waited 40 minutes for our food. It arrived cold. Butter wouldn't spread on pancakes and eggs were cold. I think we may have been forgotten about. People who arrived a half hour after us had their order in 15 minutes. Basically they need more staff.
