Juggie's Tap House & Grill

I have over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, working as both a bartender and server. Although I am currently employed in a different career, I still notice areas within restaurants where training and customer service could be improved. My husband and I were once regular customers at Juggies, but over time, we stopped visiting due to repeated disappointments with the service. One thing I’ve consistently observed is that your server and bartender, Pauleet, has carried the weight of the other staff members. Pauleet often steps into the role of a team lead during busy hours. On previous visits, we have experienced long waits—sometimes over 45 minutes—to place a drink order. At times, newer servers completely ignored customers playing the VLT machines, and my husband had to approach Pauleet, the bartender, to request service. Despite being very busy, Pauleet would take the time to ensure our drinks were made and would even deliver them herself because other servers failed to do so. After several months away, we decided to return to your establishment. Once again, Pauleet served us, and the level of customer service she provided was exceptional. While not every server has given poor service, we have noticed that many of the best staff are no longer with the company, which is concerning. We enjoy the atmosphere of your restaurant and would like to continue coming back, but we do question the consistency of service. Pauleet, however, is a clear standout—she is a valuable employee whose dedication and hard work deserve recognition. Pauleet is a KEEPER

I love when Paulette works at the pub. She's invested from start to finish. She doesn't ask how your doing when she brings you the bill. She asks you right from the start. She makes the whole dinning experience enjoyable. Proper check ins after meal is delivered and overall amazing. The other staff were also interactive. But Paulette is the best. Food was insane with flavor, drinks on point. Never an empty glass which I appreciate. Our table had wings brushetta and that chicken pizza. Cucumbers on a pizza? You gota try it. Juggies sauce amazing all together its a party in your mouth. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Tannis working at the bar recommended that I have the “meal of the month” which was sausage on a bun with Taber corn on the cob and homemade pasta salad. Wow. This was exactly what I wanted and I didn’t even know what I wanted. 5 stars.

Food was awesome, our server was not, were here working for the week, putting on 14 hr days. Wanted beer and wings, took 20 mins to get her to come ask our drinks. Another 10 mins goes by get our drinks then the night dragged out 2.5 hrs for chicken wings and to pay our tab. This city has some strange ways of treating people.

Power outage. Many left. Noticed that the staff were not particularly attentive to few remaining clients. Clients ere approaching bar for drinks while staff meandered.

Went in and ordered the brisket poutine they had...all the sauce and brisket on top of fries. Tasted good enough until the top layer was gone then all you had was fries...no gravy(which you expect on poutine)..just dry fries. The waitress we had seemed annoyed just serving us...might because it seemed like she was the only one serving. Nice place but when you go out to eat you expect good food and good service...that is why a 3 star. Room for improvement. Probably go back but if its the same then I'll try some place else next time I want to spend $60. As a reply to Juggies comment...it was a special...it was Juggies by the 7-11. You did have it as a special...it wasn't special at all...and by you commenting that you don't have that on the menu tells me that you don't really know what's happening in your restaurant either. Was there twice..had wings the night before with 5 other people and they had it as well as wings....that is why we went the next day for lunch so I could try it....unbelievable. How could you not even realize what you serve????

Don't let the Dive bar ambiance fool you. Friday night was a decent crowd and live music.
They serve local craft beer and fantastic food.
Let Michelle hook you up with food and drinks. Excellent personality and service. Would come back.
