The Dunmore Road KFC has never changed. Their food is consistent. Got a killer buy 1 get 1 Big Crunch/Zinger deal. Poutine is GREAT with their legendary gravy.You may recall this KFC among most others had the fresh chicken slide down for the cashier to collect it. Well, there is now a wall so you see nothing.BTW: KFC sell a vegetarian burger which has A HASH BROWN PATTIE as the…protein? It’s on a bun with lettuce I think. Sounds like a hot seller. Get it while you can!

Worst meal I've had in a long time. My family and I ended up sick afterwards. Stuck on the toilets. Up all night sick as hell. Stay away!! Worst chicken ever. Still hurting the next day! Never again!

I've been going to the Dunmore Rd KFC for years. Food is always good. Service is great! I usually always get Teuta as my server, I have to say she is always super happy.....she always has a genuine smile and that always makes my experience memorable.

So I came here through the drive through. Got a bigbox meal, they asked if i wanted any dipping sauce, i said honey mustard and hot sauce packs. When I got home there was no sauces at all, no hot sauce. and they completely forgot to give me a popcorn chicken.

We ordered delivery online, called after an hour, was told it would be coming, after 2 hours called and canceled our order and requested refund. We left to eat elsewhere.Have not been refunded and mu email has gone unreturned. They do not have a posted phone number for me to contact anyone through.

Ordered 10 piece crunchy chicken, got home opened bucket and the chicken was original not crunchy, how can anybody screw up a simply order like that. UNBELIEVABLE. I phoned the manager and left a message it is now the next day and still no response. Go figure. Heard a lot of complaints about this place, maybe the head of KFC should be informed. Looks bad for KFC. WILL NOT BE GOING TO THIS BUSINESS ANY TIME SOON.

Actually no stars for the place just one for the laughWas going to get the family deal listed on the menu. The clerk was perfectly great but assuming it was the manager was very rude. He was hollering at me and the clerk that the deal is no longer available. We asked if something similar, he hollered again we don't do that. So we didn't order anything and leftVery weirdWhen we were there, also noticed was rude to an instore customer asking for an extra sauce. He freaked out and was hollering no extra saucesIt is actually quite hilarious how rude this guy was

I will never support the kfc on Dunmore Road in Medicine Hat. The same order last week has now jump up $4.00 this week so try to switch me to something I don’t want at all. Asked for a refund refused to put it back on my credit card how I actually paid and would only give me cash! Too bad you can’t give a -10 rating

the chicken was the worst I have had in a long time like eating cardboard, no flavor and they do seem not to care. Do not eat here is my advice.
I placed an specific order through Skip. Dunmore Road KFC. They got my order completely wrong. Tried to call...got hung up on. Called many times- phone log if needed-no answer to my call. If your order is not correct...good luck trying to get them to even pick up the phone. Disappointed. This was my favorite place...Popeyes it is then!!
