I’ve had some issues here in the past, but nothing that completely turned me off from giving it another shot. Back in the area after several years (about 7), I decided to stop in again—and I’m glad I did. The place was spotless, the staff was friendly, and even though it was quite busy, they stayed polite and professional while keeping things moving efficiently. I ordered one of the value deals, which was reasonably priced and fit exactly what I needed.
Compared to my last visit, there’s been a clear improvement all around. Great to see the positive changes—definitely worth a revisit.

We arrived at the store 820pm. Staff informed us that they are closing in 10 minutes when it’s clearly posted outside that they’re business hour for today is till 9pm. :(

The manager seems a bit hostile, especially if extra crispy chicken is mentioned. I mean why bother having it on the menu if you hate making it. And just how rude he responds is beyond me. The girl at the till was great but the manager gets a zero star from me.

This place hires only foreign labour, due to this they are able to charge exceptionally cheap prices. Food is mid, not the best chicken but it's KFC. Cheap, probably not the cleanest, but hey it's there.
