What a wonderful first time experience. This an exceptional family run franchise that welcomed you from the moment we opened the door.They were very succinct in explaining the way things work, what was 'dippable' and what was stock.We had a raspberry swirl cheesecake with salted caramel drizzle (they added a complimentary dark fleur de sel because I missed seeing it on the options), a chocolate shake, dipped vanilla cone in a cup. The worker noticed that my father in law's drink was drank down they offered top the drink up with the extra from the blender.Overall 10/10, if you're looking a dessert ice cream place make the trek down here.Vegetarian options: Vegan options are availableDietary restrictions: They had lactose free options advertised

Our family loves La Diperie!! The lady working there is always so nice and does a great job with our treats. Today we went for my daughter's birthday and the lady even put a little birthday candle in her ice cream, lit it and sang "Happy birthday to you!"Thank you for making her feel extra special!!

So yummy!! We got 4 cookie ice cream sandwiches and the kids devoured them in no time! I loved that she had treats for puppos as well, nice to include the pup in our treat night!

Love the idea behind this place. Dipping ice-cream in chocolate is genius. And the more toppings the better? I was extremely underwhelmed though for no particular reason. It just wasn't as exciting as I expected it to be. The person that serves us today was so nice and super pretty though. The other thing that I was impressed with was there was enough different videos about their products etc playing on the screen that we never saw the same one twice? the other thing that gives bonus points is they have sorbet/vegan ice creams as well as almond milk for their iced coffees which I find amazing. Upon entering the store, the owners greet you with such joy which makes you feel at home! 10/10 customer service and variety of options! My personal favourite is the Oreo cheesecake ;). Must try!

Customer service here is superb. The ice cream is really good too. You can pick whether to have hard ice cream, or soft serve. The dips are really fun, and you can add topping as well! There's a lot to chose from, and it can be difficult, but definitely worth it. Price wise, it's definitely on par with DQ, but less than Tutti Frutti.
