Chronic OMG

Was in drive thru at 929pm on Feb 11 no help for 5 minutes in outer lane. Car behind me reversed then pulled in to inner lane and got helped instantly. I reversed and left

Worst McDonalds food Ive ever had. Fries were undercooked, buns were stale, filet o fish was off. This place clearly only survives off of oblivious passerbys like me. Avoid.

We were there several weeks ago. This is the only stand alone in S C. It was clean and tidy. They have a room separate from main dining that is for children. They have regular seats and higher bar seats.If you want them. The food was as good as any mcdonald's.Anywhere, so we knew what we were getting going in!

Drive-thru service and manager ignore customers. Ordered iced coffee and was only one in drive thru. No one attending any of the windows. Waited 4.5 minutes to receive the coffee. Was served by 2 different people after being asked at windows what I ordered. Manager gave me coffee. When I asked for manager to complain; that's when individual told me they were the manager. Will stay with Tim Horton's for better customer service! Manager was rude and didn't care as she was too busy visiting with the other lady to serve me originally.

I was so excited to get my adult grinch happy meal. That was quickly squashed. My food was the worst I ever had. The bun was so hard it was like a cracker. The small piece of meat was tasteless and the fries were not fresh. So basically I paid $18 for a pair of socks. I am no longer a McDonalds customer. No more chances with my hard earned money.

I had a really disappointing experience here.
Yesterday we ordered a Junior Chicken and added two extra patties, so the burger should’ve had three patties in total. But when we got our food, the burger only had two.

We went back to the counter, and the staff kept insisting that our order only came with two patties. After a long back-and-forth, they finally realized it was their mistake. But instead of making a new burger, they just put one patty into a McChicken box and handed it to us, asking if we could accept it.

I was honestly shocked. At every other McDonald’s in this city, if something like this happens, they always remake the whole item. This was the first time I’ve seen such poor service and such an unprofessional way to handle their own mistake.

Really disappointed with this location.
