I had a really disappointing experience here.
Yesterday we ordered a Junior Chicken and added two extra patties, so the burger should’ve had three patties in total. But when we got our food, the burger only had two.
We went back to the counter, and the staff kept insisting that our order only came with two patties. After a long back-and-forth, they finally realized it was their mistake. But instead of making a new burger, they just put one patty into a McChicken box and handed it to us, asking if we could accept it.
I was honestly shocked. At every other McDonald’s in this city, if something like this happens, they always remake the whole item. This was the first time I’ve seen such poor service and such an unprofessional way to handle their own mistake.

It always takes 5-10 minutes to get food. Everytime I go it's dirty with flies and food on the ground and tables.

If I could give 0/10, I would. Ordered food through the drive-through late at night so it wasn't even that busy. The lady that was working there had 0 customer service skills and apparently can't make a burger???Ordered a double quarter pounder BLT and received a McDouble with no ketchup, no mustard, extra pickles and extra onions WHEN WE DIDN'T EVEN REQUEST ANY MODIFICATIONS. The patty was dry and had no flavour. Waste of money and time!

Overpriced trash. If I could give a zero stars I would. $17.59 for a 20 PC nuggets? Fail and die. The nicest thing I could hope for is that you all go under. I'll make fries at home. Disgusting on every level but mostly pricing. .

They forgot to give us the right things, had to go back in. As for food, its a McDonald's, it tasted like McDonald's also! Why do they not do lunch before 10am? It was in a pitstop location and we had a 5 hour drive ahead of us, but we had to get breakfast.

There is no person working the counter at all. Rang the bell. Nothing. Tried the machine, can't alter my order. Hard pass for stopping in.

If they could stop asking if I want this or that...I could tell them exactly what I want and leave 5mins sooner. It takes forever in the drive thru, and even worse if you go in. You sit at the speaker and ha e to say hello, before they address you...
I guess that's it. Customer service just doesn't matter...just buy more from them.
