Still have tobrate this location at the bottom. After 5 years not much has changed. I used the app to order drive thru when I got there they said no order but as soon as i drove away I got the receipt for my order. When I went in they said we have your order but it had a med fruitopia not large diet coke. Their explanation was some one made a mistake. My wife made an order for 2 hambuger meal and the stickers on the drink had already been removed. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever visited just check out my other reviews. Overall it is what you expect from a McDonald's. The service was good I tried to use the kiosk but it could not scan the coupon on the app. I went to the counter and everything was fine. The food was hot snd service fast. Wanted to add to this review with my recent experience. Today I placed a order on the McD app at 9:16 am paid with the app but when I get there 5 min later a lady comes out and says they are closed and she can't give me my order or money back.

Asked for monopoly sticker. Spent $9 but didn’t buy a product the stickers are on. Game rules say no purchase necessary. Literally those three words. Was refused stickers because “no purchase necessary”means it’s not necessary to purchase stickers. 🙄🙄🤔🙄 ridiculous. They played dumb and acted like they think I’m stupid.

Food tastes very bad, fries are stale and found someone's hair on one of them. The staff is also very rude we had to wait 10 minutes to be let into the bathroom cause the worker ignored us. Then when we got our food she ignored us and walked away when we asked for ketchup. Nothing about this place is good, the washrooms are disgusting, workers are rude, and foods gross. This place seriously needs a whole new staff who actually do there job properly

Why is it a certian demographic of franchises that charge ridiculous prices for free condiments? Fries are under cooked to the point they are still white and taste like pure starch. I mean this location only has TFW working here so with the savings in labour costs how you trying to rip customers off... guy brings me fresh fries. I take one. Still isnt right. I tell him no there is something wrong with them still. Tastes like im eating pure starch. He ignores me. No refund for the fries. No problem I just vomited in your bathroom sink from eating the fries. Told you something was wrong with them. And.. im writing this after I got back to the hotel and vomited again. Awesome 👌 👏 👍

I'm not one to really post reviews of establishments as I usually prefer to speak with management directly. However it seems everytime I come into this particular restaurant to eat I am always bothered by at least 3 flies landing on myself and my food. I understand it can be difficult to maintain flies sometimes but this is everytime I come in here.

For a mcdonalds, this was one of the cleanest I've seen with quick staff. Service was quick, food was mcdonald's, and it is one of the few remaining play spaces with birthday rooms.
